Madhu Dress Designor,Indore — Non-Delivery Of Saree On Time

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I have given one saree for handwork to Madhu Dress Designor; 59, Chhatribagh Main Road, Indore on 01/09/2009 and He has given delivery date on 21/09/2009 with receipt no. 805 dated 01/09/2009. When i visited his shop for the collection of saree he told it is not ready due to Eid. So, I will give you after 10 days. When after 10 days again I have called on his mobile no.(+[protected] he told saree is not yet ready as our work is depend on labour and i am not getting labour and it is already mentioned on your receipt that it can be delayed due to labour.
I would like to know due to labour how many days he can delay? It is now more than one month delayed.
Since he has not delivered the saree on time i am forced to buy another saree which unnecessarily cost to me. Kindly look into the matter and please reply and guide me what should I do now???

ANY INFORMATIONS NOR ANY MONTHLY PENSION/REFUNDS/COMMUTED AMOUTS ETC.,
pls keep me inform about my fpf pension, I HAVE SENT MANY MAILS TO
YOU AS WELL, to carrier airconditioning co., every time i get
information that there are following up hte case file...

MY FOLLWOING QUESTIONS NEEDS TO BE CLARIFIED
I am still awaiting progresive information regarding my epf pension,
its refund process etc.,
I am under atmost dark on this, what was my /company contributions for
20 yrs service periods,
what was int eanred for 20 yrs of my service periods, what is the
likely epf 1/3rd comuted amount.
what is the likely amount of m'ly epf pension, what is the amount of
refund for the wrong excess deductions made for the last two yrs
services, and what is going to happend for arrears of fpf from may to
till date till epf finalised, .
when i am going to get all these amounts, from which authorities i am
going to get these benefits,
where the amounts going to be credited whether from epf authorities
from bangalore or from ggn, whether the credits are to direct ECS
credit to my savings accounts with sbi...etc., its
already 6 months to be completed by oct end...why there
is no response from the co., nor thru the consultants in the company
nor from the PF authorities above...

I have resigned from IJCP publications more than 2 years ago .I filed for PF withdrawal on my own(as my officewas not cooperating) and received a query as to why the papers were not signed by the employer .Then I filed again, this time fortunately my H.O. ie Delhi office sent the attested papers to pf nehru place office (I am told so verbally ) .This too has been done well over 3 months .I have not received any information so far.
My PF no. Is DL /18153 / 7.Awaiting feedback.

Sir,

I had worked for HCL Infosystems till jan 2008 and had deposited my PF form to the concerned dept. of the company in the month of March.
I was an out-sourced employ for HCL through Addeco Bangalore. Its been almost 2 years but they have not released my PF money into my account which they said will be released in 2 months after submission of form.
I have been mailing to all the concerned people but no reply nor my money till date has been released into my account.

Kindly help what is to be done
