[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund Organisation, India — PF not credited to my account

Dear Sir,

I am the contractual staff of Directorate of Research on Women in Agriculture (DRWA), Bhubaneswar, (www.drwa.org.in). I worked as a contractual worker through 2 different agencies. 1st is M/s M.K Routray and after then M/s Jagannath Security service co.These two agencies are deducting our EFP & ESI from our monthly remuneration respectively one after another getting the contract from our office. M/s M.K Routray had deducted the EPF amount but can't show the amount according to the EPF & ESI act. That agency also not provided any EPF & ESI account number to the staff. For that reason no body of contractual staff can not get any facility of ESI hospital according to the ESI rules. After end of his contract period, the agency (M/s M.K. Routray) could not give any compensation and our share of EPF amount from last 12 month up to till date.
In another hand M/s Jagannath Securities & co. get the contract w.e.f. August 2010 upto till date after end of the contract period of M/s M.K. Routray. That agency ( M/s Jagannath Securities & co.) also deducting the EPF and ESI share from our salary. But We all staff are confuse and under in a black cloud, is that agency submit our share(EPF 12% & ESI 1.75%) at your office according to the EPF & ESI act and also his share & that agency also not provided the individual Account number of staffs .

So kindly pleas understand our problem, and tray to solve it through your legal way. some of our contractual staff are very poor, they doing their job perfectly and give the better service as they have possible to this office. But they can not get the right justice. So look over to the above matter.

Dear sir,
I, a former employee of your company had been there for more than 3 yrs and 4 mths.I resigned from my post on 18th May, 2010 and submitted PF form given by the office duly filled up in the mth of JUNE. Then nearly 4 mths later I called GENIE TEAM and NANDITA madam replied I should have waited for the same for nearly 6mths.After that by the end of Dec. 2010 I contacted GENIE TEAM again and someone told me the processing of PF document was undergoing. I should be waiting for some days and money would be credited to my bank a/c automatically. In the mean time on 31 st of JANUARY, 2011 I got a sms at 9.04 pm from JASMINA, mentioning " THE PF FORM HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE PF OFFICE ON 13 TH JANUARY, 2011. ONCE IT GOES TO THE PF OFFICE IT TAKES 2 TO 3 MTHS FROM THEN. REGARDS, JASMINA, FIRST SOURCE SOLUTIONS LTD" On 1st FEBRUARY, 2011 I again called GENIE TEAM and AMAR SUKLA gave me same reply that the processing of PF document was undergoing and you should be waiting.I was too much confused and astonished at that reply. Recently I went to my former office in Kolkata and after waiting for more than 5 hours someone named DEBOPAM told me that as PF form had been submitted they had nothing to do.I should have contacted The MUMBAI PF office.I again called to GENIE TEAM and they gave me some land line nos.(they are[protected]/0007) for calling PF office. I called accordingly but after a great effort only 2 times line got connected but no one presented the calls. I again called genie and someone told that I should be waiting for more than 2 mths.Now I am very much confused and don't know what to do.I don't know how much time it will take to get my money.It has nearly been 1 year since I resigned (dt.18 MAY, 2011).No one can tell the present status of my PF a/c.

So I am earnestly requesting you to take necessary steps to get my money as early as possible and thereby oblige for ever.

My PF amount (MH/45434/4386) was settled for Rs.7594/- vide letter no Kandivali PF office letter 90238709/Cash/20092010/MAL34/1014/13321/R.L.No.-879 dated 28 Nov 09 and payment was made vide State Bank of India cheque no. 683702 dt. 28-11-09 . But my a/c no written on the cheque was wrong i.e. [protected] instead of [protected]. The cheque was returned to me by Axis bank along with cheque return proforma and Immediately I sent it back to following address on 19 Jan 10 by registered post along with the other relevant documents for issue of another cheque with correct a/c no. I have written several complaint to the The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner Sub Account Office,
Sector No. 3, Plot No. 222, Charkop Poisor Road, 34, Kandivali (W), Mumbai – 400067 but off no use. i got a standard answer that the amount has been credited into my account. They did not even bother to read the letter properly wherein I have stated that one digit from my account no is missing and due to that the amount is not getting credited into my account.

Dear Sir,
My present EPF A/c No. is AP/HYD/35544/116. But previous EPF account balance not credited to present A/c although the same are released from previous accounts (EPF A/c No. WB/7225/X-2151 and EPS A/c No. DL/28357/639) long back (14/01/2011 and 04/02/2010 respectively). Please look in to the matter.
