[Resolved] EMS Speed Post — EMS parcel from Qatar - no trace with India post | |||
Subsequent to my purchase on eBay, seller from Qatar dispatched the product using EMS parcel (addressed to me in India) on 6th March. The Qatar post EMS site gives the flight number and dispatched status. The Indiapost site has no record of receipt. I checked with the Mumbai Speed post customer care cell and they too have no record till date (14th March). They are directing me to check in Qatar whereas Qatar post has shared the details including the flight number and time of dispatch. Not sure whom to approach. Was this information helpful? | |||

INDIAN POST — EMS received in worse condition
Sir,Our family member sent EMS with having number EP[protected]IN booked at Patiala (Punjab) to Tokyo- Japan. All the poly bags was torned and material was mixed with each other. The box was totally broken.It seems that it was badly handled by indian post EMS.
Please look into the matter.
