my EMS no. EE[protected]CN has still not reached my home in panchkula... when i track it, i can clearly see that it reached india quickly n smoothly but lastly when it reached Delhi sorting center , it has got stuck up there only. There is no further movement from there. Can anybody plz help me get there and track any further inquiry about my shipment??

Sir,

Our family member sent EMS with having number EP[protected]IN booked at Patiala (Punjab) to Tokyo- Japan. All the poly bags was torned and material was mixed with each other. The box was totally broken.It seems that it was badly handled by indian post EMS.

Please look into the matter.

EMS Speed Post — non delivery of article

mera Bharat mahaan , as the slogan says , my parcel shipped from Bangkok{thailand} on 13 aug09 was dispatched and arrived mumbai on 14 aug09. on inquiring EMS india , they told me to check with customs as the parcel was there. after repeatedly trying , one custom officer told me that due to 15aug holidays there is lot of backlog and only i[censored] come personally , i ll see what can be done. i told him that i spent 650 baht { equivalent to Rs 900 approx} not to waste my time to come the customs and spend my day for releasing a parcel. then ultimately on 27 aug my postman turns up with the parcel , after 12 days of dispatching from Bangkok. i refused to accept the parcel as it is of no use to me and asked him to as well as wrote on the parcel to give me my refund and compensate me. But as we know uptill now EMS has neither apologised nor tried to returnmy parcel.
under these circumstances will someone please let me know what should i do ? and who is responsible for this kind of hopeless service.

EMS — Non delivery of parcel

Hello,
My parcel reached from Beijing, China to Mumbai on 28-12-09. The EMS tracking number is EE[protected]CN. The destination of this parcel is Bhubaneswar.

Its been more than 40 days and there is not trace of this parcel. I have contacted Speed Post people from Bhubaneswar, Kolkata but they couldn't give me any information. I have tried to contact Mumbai but they neither respond phone calls nor reply to emails. I have also added a complaint in indiapost web site (complan no[protected], but there is no update.

I don't know what to do or whome to talk. Please help.

Sir! I have ordered an Important Book for my Studies on 1st May 2011 through an Online Shopping Website and in response they booked the Parcel of Book in India Post EMS from Pune on[protected] with Tracking Number EM[protected]IN. I havent recieved the Parcel until today.
I Went to Local Post office and gave a written complaint and also i Called Pune EMS office so many times. But unfortunately i havent got any response and i am still suffering loosing the article. Strangely i was questioned silly like did they sent the parcel really etc.... I am totally hopeless with the Service provided by EMS with lots of request.
Sir Please look into my issue as i ready to go legally and i am already in process of filing case with local consumer court.. Please guide me further....

My PAN card is posted through registered EMS Speed post from bombay and it is not delivered due to improper adress specification hence i traced the speed post by its number- ET[protected]IN and found it is routed to Andhra University post office. The Andhra University postal office has checked the records and confirmed that they have received it, but could not find it. This PAN CARD is very much required as i had to submit for all the requirement for visa processing, please do the needfull.

Ajmer) (Rajasthan) 305901 by State Bank of India, CMP Centre, 31, Mahal Industrial Estate, Andheri East, Mumbai 400093. This has been received at Delhi and booked on 07/02/2011.
