[Resolved]  EPF India — Delay in settling EPF Pension claim

my ppo no 30045 and i pension yet to be credited for jan 09 till date into my hdfc a/c with kg marg branch. to day is 13th feb 09 i do not know why this delay when i contacted the hdfc bank they told me that they have not recd yr brs for jan 09 till date. can u pl attend to this and take measures to avoid delay.

I HAVE SUBMITTED MY PENSION PAPERS 10D TO MY HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT AND WHICH WAS FORWARDED TO E.P.F.KEONJHAR OFFICE ORISSA.NO REPLY FOR ONE YEAR .SUDDENLY YOUR CALCUTTA OFFICE INTERFERED.SUDDENLY E.P.F. OFFICE KEONJHAR OBJECTED THE FORM TO MY PREVIOUS EMPLOYER AND MY EMPLOYER REPLIED THE SAME VIDE LETTER NO 3851 DT.8.12.08 .TILL DATE NO ACTION IN THIS REGARD.ATUL KUMAR PARIDA A/C NO E.P.F.OR-2702/607

Though I have been informd by the RPFC, Karnataka, Bangalore vide his letter dt 4.2.2009 that my claim Form 10-D has been processed and finalised for payment of Pension w.e.f. 1.7.2008, I am yet to receive payment in the Bank, though it is now more than a month since I received the information and more than 6 months since submissionof my claim. Anybody can help me in getting pension payment immediately pl.

My father Tukaram Masaye was working with Shree Ram Millls Ltd Worli, Mumbai. I have submitted my father's Frm 10-D along with the required documents for the settlement of his EPF pension Claim and received by FPF Office Bandra, Mumbai vide receipt No. 90211478 adted 24/07/2009 and reported to be under process and requested me to try after 30 days from submission to know the status of my father's pension. But, more than 2 & 1/2 months have passed and i have personly visited 3-4 time in this office.But, yet to receive my father's pension sanction order. After inquiry i have found that my father's form is lying in group.90 1st Floor, Bandra pension section without any action. Any body can help me to get my father's pension sanctioned at the earliest.
