The previous employees was M/s Capital Radio Co ( Sales) XI/ 3832, Pataudi Road, Darya ganj, New Delhi 110002 and my EPF code and number was DL/3693/25.
Now I request your good self to please transfer the balance of my old A/c no. DL/3693/25 to my new A/c no. DL/1068/277 under intimation to me at your earliest.

Necessary Form No. 13 has already been submitted to the commission office in jurisdiction at Nehru place copy of which enclosed herewith for your refference . Kindly do the needful

Subject:Regarding P.F.Claim Not Settled.
Reference No: MH/19784/617.

As Per the above Subject I Have not received the P.F Settlement Claim, and Asked serval times to our office Comart Lithographers Ltd regarding the issue and after several enquiry from office it was informed from the P.F Office that my P.F Claim is transferred to bank and the details are :Cheque No.94165 dated 30.01.2009 Rs.23, 507/- and the other cheque No.248511 dated 30.01.2009 Rs.11, 500/- is sent to bank but the cheque amount is not deposited to my account. But still i did not receive the amount in the bank and the bank people saying that we sent back the cheque to mumbai P.F Office they did not clear the cheque and retrun it back.

Sir, my humble request to kindly look into the matter and do the needful without any further delay and do the process at the earliest. i am waiting for you'r repley.

Ref to the above, Last 2 1/4 years I have worked in M/s. Prem Nath Diesels Pvt. Ltd., Chennai branch. My EPF amount taken salary by head office M/s. Prem Nath Diesels Pvt Ltd., New Delhi head office. I have left my job on 30/10/10. While, I have submitted my EPF application to chennai M/s. Prem Nath Diesels Pvt. Ltd., branch office. They are sent courrier to M/s. PND, New Delhi office on 15/11/10. After I have lot of E-Mail's correspondence and to telecon to M/s. PND, New Delhi office. But, till date they are not submitted my application to EPF, New Delhi. Till, date I have not received my EPF amount. Please, kindly necessary action to M/s. PND, New Delhi office. Already, I have left my job from M/s. PND Pvt. Ltd., over six months ago. So, I have make complaint to you.

My previous employer submitted my EPF and the new SSN form to the Delhi North office on March 23rd. Its almost going to be 2 months. Still i have not got the settlement as well as any intimation from the EPF office in Delhi. I have sent a support question using the contact us form in www.epfindia.nic.in many times. I never got any response from them.

I have left the job two years back .
If my employer not responding to attest/sign my pf withdrawal form, is it not sufficient if I provide my proof of identity such as appointment letter or my salary drawn bank passbook for that purpose.

Your claim is still in process with RPFC. You can check status online through the following steps:
1.Log on to www.epfindia.gov.in
2.Click on ‘Know Your Claim Status’ > ‘Click here for the status’
3.Select Office – BandraMumbai
4.Enter Establishment code – 48037
5.Enter PF A/c No. in the last box: 22765

my PF A/C NO DL 35117/8914 not revised i have submitted form on18 jan 2011 at epf office (laxminagar) but till date not completed my claim within five month

I have worked in M/s.Continental Products (I) Pvt.Ltd., Delhi for about 4 yours. My EPF No. is--DL/18434/16, now the company has closed and I could not found the employeer.I have applied once for PF withdrawl a Nehru place branch. they send my form to company. But company has closed and nobody was found there. My employeers also not submitted yearly assessment. I request you to please advice me for withdrawn my PF amount whatever he has submitted in my account.

I request you please advice how will I get my EPF amount.
