[Resolved]  EPF India — My pf settlement claim

Ple let me know can i get my pf amount. wat is the procedure, because the firm in which i was working, is now closed, and i cannot trace the employer. my PF A/c No. is AP/39798/69 kindly tell me the total balance of my account also.

Today I got the call from the number [protected], saying they were calling from master or visa card. Since I am privileged customer they are giving me offer, then I ask which bank is it. She told Its not bank, its either Master or Visa that is shown on the credit card, then I told without bank connection master or visa is not operating individually in india, I asked boldly from which company they are calling, she just disconnected the call. Dear all, SBI card division is giving repeated same message as don't disclose any confidential details to any one. Here after we have to just display or write these phone number in https://www.consumercomplaints.in so that some one by searching number can know these number are fraud. By this innocent people won't get trapped since banks are not taking enough steps to stop these non senses.

I was working in Value Line Interiors Pvt. Ltd, 201/1-A, 2nd Floor, Ajun Nagar, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi-110 029 for the period of April 2000 to OCT-2010. I am already send all withdrawal form dated May, 2013 to the employer (Value Line Interiors Pvt. Ltd) but Value Line is not Sign my PF Form till date and the employer has not submitted PF Return properly in PF Office. And also informing you that PF deduction made employee and employer shares (both side) from my salary vide my PF a/c No.DL/15965/055. Presently what action can be taken against this Company and please suggest .Presently the same company will shifted another place at Plot No.612, Udhyog Vihar, Pahse-V, Gurgaon, Haryana, Phone No.[protected] and email id: [protected]@valuelineinteriors.com.

Please suggest what action should be taken against them. Kindly send your suggestion for the following number or email id.

I am Johns S from Kottayam, Kerala.I had worked in Hotel Balaji International Gandhipuram 1st street Coimbatore since 2006 to 2008.Am getting huge problems to recieve my PF.I have submitted request form in Coimbatore EPF regional office two times but i didnt got any response from them.I have tried to transfer my account from coimbatore to Kottayam in 2009 unfortunately still am getting no response.Now the Hotel which i mentioned above has been closed & its known as Hotel Singapore International.From last 5 years am struggling to get my EPF.Because the hotel which i worked is closed, i do not know whum should i claim.I asked this issue to Coimbatore EPF office many times but the same problem persist.I called several times in this no[protected] / 48, here also they are saying its in pending & all.I have no idea how to claim my PF.Please help & do the needful..
