I HAVE DEPOSIT FORM 4 JUNE 2010 BUT I HAVE NOT RECIVE THE CHECK NOW TILL DATE.

Dear Sir,
I was an employee with Hewitt Associates, Hewitt Tower, Sector 42, DLF City, Gurgaon-122 002 (Haryana) from May 2008 to Oct 2009
The company has submitted my PF claim withdrawal papers to your office on 22nd September, 2010 duly completed in every respect. It is more than 6 months since the PF claim withdrawal papers have been submitted in your office but my banker has not recived the claim. I tried to follow up with Hewitt Associate’s HR Department and they advised me to follow up directly with your good offices.
May I please request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to send my PF claim to my banker at the earliest. An intimation to this effect, may kindly be sent to me at [protected]@gmail.com which would be highly appreciated.

My name is BalKrishan. I have submitted my all necessary document for the refund of my EPF. I have received an SMS on Oct 31 stating that your PF refund request is under process. However, nothing has happned. My EPF account number is HR/FBD/10640/55733.
I also requested for my EPF refund which I contributed towards my Chandigarh EPF account. I have received my refund already without any hassel.
I would like to say " Goverment employees really are not willing to work. They should get pay for performance. They deserve nothing in their life".

I submitted the return form on 12 November 2010.
To till date I recieved one check in State Bank of India A/c No.[protected] in gurgaon.
2nd check to till date i did not recieved.
