Pathetic service after sales

Eureka Forbes Aqua guard folks are real stupid. Ones they sale product they are done with their job. Customer has to go here and there to get the service. Their service franchisees are real !!!.
I have purchased Water Purified last year in the month of July 2007 which includes two free services. including changing of carbon and Candle-Filter.
I have received first service after 10 months. They replaced carbon at that time. As per the warranty I supposed to get second service which I have not received and the folk ask me to sign the 1 year contract which I refuse and he went away. They have not provided second service which is free in warranty.
Is this hell of Eureka Forbes service world!!!
Is there any one who can help?

Disastrous is just a understatement when it cones to Aquaguard service. I got my auquaguard on June 26, 2010 and had it installed on July 1. At the time of delivery the sales representative told he would have the unit wall mounted but it would take a couple of days as they do not have the clamps. It is now almost two months and the unit is still not been mounted. Repeated complaints and reminders seem to fall on deaf ears. Their complaints, like many others, are routed through a cal center where the guys are all apologetic but no action is forthcoming.
I regret having gone in for this product. Hopefully others who happen to look into this long list of complaints will stay away from buying it. For If they were really serious about consumers the list would not be so long. Sincerely hope they go out of business!!
I agree, I had same experience as most of others, candle of my aquaguard was not changed in my 2 yrs AMC, but I was lucky as in my case after my comp.to Delhi office, response was urgent.I got a call next day and candle changed on 2nd day, but my request to change of service provider has not been met with and as I have current problem of no starting sign in my machine and I do not know whom to address.

eurekaforbes/aquaguard gold nova — unsatisfactory service

We own the Acquaguard Nova gold model for approx .one year. Yesterday one person identified as Mr. Ashutush came to give free servicing in the peak busy time of morning at 10 AM- we were busy getting ready for office.
We requested him to come on Sunday but he forcibly entered and opened the machine in the name of free servicing. Some features are malfunctioning since he left.
It appears that the machine has been tampered intentionally .
You, are, therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and take corrective measures for smooth functioning of machine.

Eureka Forbes-Aquaguard water filter — No servicing for the past more than a year

I have made many complaints but nobody has come to service our water filter for the past one and a half year. If this is the way the company wants to treat us, we want our money back. This is cheating. The company promised to do servicing twice a year(once every 6 months), but nobody came for the past one and half year.
i'm from pune & had worst service experience in my life.
they dont show up after selling their product. the filters are choked up, and water is blocked, so i'm calling them from 6th oct.its been a month from that and they didnt come yet. i'm planning to buy a new purifier from any other company. no doubt aquaguard gives good quality water, but it really sucks at the time of service.

Eureka Forbes Aquaguard ( Infinity) — Poor service - Not giving service at all

We got Eureka forbes aqua guard - model infinity. We have some problem in water flow and launched the complaint in the month of August 2010, we did the followup couple of times but they were not ready to come for service even single time since 4 months.
My Eureka Forbes, SENSA Model is not working smoothly from the date of purchage (15/10/2010).
There are a lot of problems has come like sensor are not working, durty water is coming etc.
Now I want to go consumer court against return of my money and mentally disturbance.

Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard — No Service

No respone at all inspite of repeated calls for repairing Eureka Forbes water filter,over the last two weeks. This kind of attitude is disgusting to say the least.Would be highly appreciated if action will be taken against them.

EUREKA FORBES HAS VERY UNLOGICAL APPROACH TOWARDS HANDLING COMPLAINTS AND SUPPLY OF SPARES. THEY DO NOT EVEN GIVE A PROPER COMPLAINT LOGIN NUMBER. LOCAL OFFICE AT GULBARGA-KARNATAKA THEY ARE NOT EVEN READY TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT PROPERLY, AFTER LONG NUMBER OF VISITS TO THIS OFFICE, THEY JUST A PERSON WITH EMPTY BAG AND SAID 'SORRY NO SPARES", COMPLAINTS GIVEN IN FREE WARRANTY PERIOD IS ATTENDED INTENTIONLLY AFTER THAT FREE PERIOD TO CLAIM BILLS. THIS IS NOT LEGAL. BUT THOSE PEOPLE WILL THEY READ ALL THESE POSTS AND WORK ON IMPROVISATIONS.?????
please don't go to Aundh (pune) branch. The service is pathetic, specially the person called GHANSHYAM PATIL.

AVOID getting Aqua Guard from Aundh Branch.

I heve taken booster model of waterpurifier and I have made 1 year contract for service and crying for service evryday bang my head and phone to service department one reply come man will attend I thing I have a wrong appliance so please give me service or take your product back thank you

Eureka Forbes — No attending of service and changing of candle

Hi,
I entered into contract for 3 years Annual Maintaince with Eureka Forbes . For this I have paid Rs-2700/- on 07.10.2010. I made request for change of candle and service at custmer service centre on 26.11.2011 and 14.12.2011 but every time I am getting the answer that will take this request in priority but nothing has happend till date, I am very disappointed with the Eureka Forbes services.

Aqua guard - Eureka Forbes — Do no go for AMC for any product of Eureka Forbes

I've bought aquaguard water purifier and enrolled for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for 3 yrs. But after 1 year the service is very poor. I have asked them to visit for the service but even after registering 3 compliant no action taken and am calling the cutsomer care for more than 3 months and same wording as engineer will be coming by today evening but not sure which evening. Really a bad service and even I have contacted the supervisor but no response. Donot buy their product as they r not providing the service properly and do not go for AMC also really cheating service.

i had taken 2years maintenance contract for 2 years but since last 10 days i am making complain no one is attending.
