Eureka forbes executive given demo and taken order for water purifier on 31st Dec, 2012, and they said the product will be delivered with in a week and asked me to pay advance Rs.1000. I just paid the advance amount and after not gettting any single call from them for the status. I called them, but no response. Then later i register the complaint in their portal, but they given local branch manager Mr. Anand's contact number on March, 2013, but he said that, this high membrane is not available, so he said we will refund your advance amount. After that again no response, i called him, he could not pick the call. Then again i locked the complaint from their portal and escalated to 3rd level. Last monday one of the executive called and said, your money will return today evening or next day. But still no response.
So i would like to raise a complaint here, since i frusturated lot and almost wait 5 months to get the product, but still no response.Also my money is with them and they are not responding properly. If they are not able to deliver the product and why they taken order and advance money if the product is not available with them.

eureka forbes Aquaguard i Nova — Pathetic Customer Care Service
Eureka forbs customer care service is very badFrom past 3 years, 11 services, I am requesting customer care executives to call up before coming or fix up an appointment for the same. But they have been ignoring my request. I have to face lot many problems because of there all unplanned visit during guest are at home or late afternoon
My last service is pending from past Jan 2008, I have registered complaint for the same on May 22nd 2008, “51047 532”which is yet to address. When I am calling to customer care unit on[protected], they refuse to takedown another complaint on the same and reply “We have already escalated your matter to higher officials” we can not take any other complaint on the same
Today when I wished to talk to there higher officials by my self I received number “[protected]” and I have been asked to speak to officer Manjula. I have tried this number more then 5 times but no response
I need legal advice to sue a case against eurecaforbs for the compensation against inconvenience caused
