The service from Eureka Forbs is worst. I have entered into 2 years service contract expiring in July 2011. My water purifier is not working for the last six days. Eureka Forbes provides only call center numbers. They do not provide other numbers to contact them in case of no service. My repeated calls to the service centers have not yielded any result.

I have purchased an RO water purifier two years back,they have done the service in the first year and taken an amount of 3900Rs ,and the second consecutive year they again done service and taken an amount of Rs 3995 as annual maintenance cost ,and the very same day the machine stopped working.We intimated the service people many a time,they don't bother to come,
this is really embarrassing bcoz we r in no way hav any alternative.

Eureka Forbes — warranty without service
i had registered a complaint with eureka forbes 1 month back,for a defect part of a water purifier purchased some 4 months back with a 1 year warranty, till today there is no service technician at my home and the filter is not working from that day.only complaint numbers are provided by them.
