I had a service contract for Eureka Forbes/water purifier-Nova from[protected] to[protected]. My contract receipt no. is 15342832. I paid a cheque of an amount Rs. 1890/-, no. 387079, dt. 6.5.2008 of PNB towards this contract. Service contract was given to franchaise of Eureka Forbes named, Sai Sankar Services, Chembur-Govandi Road, Mumbai. As per the contract terms and condition they have to clean the filter candles once in six months and replace them once in a year. To my surprise some one has singed in the customer column of the contract form showing their visit and replacing the candle. This typa of fraud and cheating is not expected from such a reputed company like Eureka Forbes. This fraud was detected when they visited and took another cheque to renew my contract. My renewal receipt no. is 18092373 of[protected]. They don't keep any signed record with customer for periodical check up by the customer. I feel the service provider must be selling these candles in black. A thorough investigation should be initiated and person involved should be punished. I should be compensated and informed of the action taken
