[Resolved]  Exalt Consulting — Fraud

Yes. It is a fraud consultancy. I've registered 3 months back from then I didn't get any mail or phone call from them. When I approached them through a job portal contact address, a consultant (Sania) of Exalt said that they had immediate openings in MNCs like IBM, Deloitte, Dell, Accenture etc and rushed me to get in through the registration process. After completing the procedure, she said their creative recruiting team will be in touch with me. Since I didn't get any response from them, I called and mail her and said the scenario. Then she started escaping from communicating with me. No phone numbers of the consultancy are working.

through the review how i believe that exalt is fraud some r giving thanks to exalt and some are saying fraud . please tell me that what is truth...

hello Friends can anyone please guide me.!! i received a call from Exlt consultancy and asked me to deposit Rs4, 500 in the name of EXAL consultancy in the nearest ICICI bank.! they have told me that top MNC's like IBM, WIPRO, ACCENTURE, DELL are hiring.! and my profile is been shortlisted. i am in dilemma whether to believe this or not as i can see few negative and as well as positive reviews from the above people.!! please can anyone guide me in this.

Thanks to the above reviews(read negative), I was saved from being a victim of a fraud.i contacted this agency yesterday and they told me the usual stuff, to deposit 4500 as security, that they have strong contacts in organization, there will be 40% hike on current CTC etc, and I decided to go ahead with the money transfer . i even told them to process my profile and that I would deposit money by today EOD. Now thanks to my stars, yesterday I was talking to a friend and during the conversation I told him about this consultancy. He advised me to do a background check before proceeding with fund transfer and what I found was not very encouraging. Based on the reviews posted on various sites (mind you the number of negatives exceeds the positives), I decided not to proceed with fund transfer. Today when I got a call from this consultancy, I told them my decision, and saw a drastic change in the behavior of the lady on the other side of the call, confirming what I read in initial reviews. And when I told her the the same, she softened a bit but not before pointing that i am not respecting my commitment and i am being unprofessional.
I would like to thank others for taking out their valuable time and posting the reviews that saved me and my hard earned money.
PS: They did send me the terms and conditions and their company registration but still I decided to back out.

Seems like everyone placed by exalt got in emc2 and they have the same vocabulary and english!!

They r following me for 4 days n today i was going to pay 4500/- bt before dat my cousin told me to see all these reviews.. n believe me all their promises were same as mentioned above.. now i won't give them a single peny..

this exalt is the biggest fraud consultancy. Even Im cheated by them . pLease guys don ever beleive them and pay the registration fees. They are a big fraud. I have paid 4500 Rs and still now did not get any job . They are just playing the fool with me . But i am not goin to leave them . People who cheat others like this will not live happily . They all will never be happy in life. Iam cursing them from my heart . This will really happen . Those who all cheated me are goin to have tough time in their life. goin to meet the IG in bangalore just for this and screw them and their life.. Exalt buggers and just wait and see beggars what Iam goin to do. PLaying with the wrong person.

They are fake. They will call you n-number of times before paying the amount and once the amount was transfered, you will not get a single call or mail from them, forget about scheduling interview.

I am also a victim.

I paid Rs 4500/- on 17th Oct 2012 and till date waiting for a call :(

Guys ya its really really TRUE.. EXALT IS A FRAUD ONE DONT BELIEVE THEM n GET FOOLED.

This is really bad thing done my such consultancies..! I also mad a payment like 4500 and from the past 6 month m suffering for getting my refund back but this Exalt Consulting is not paying me back. Exalt Consulting is a fraud company..? How can i get my money back??

Refundable fees=3000INR refunndable 'ANYTIME'
What you're not told is there is a TRANSACTION FEE which almost EQUALS your 3000INR Deposited.
Oh you didnt know??? But you've signed the official DOCUMENTS dude! Why didnt you read it in TERMS & CONDITIONS ha???

NO, NO NO!
You have to send all the mail conversations you had with them so far... find it all!
Fill an application form describing bot your bank info!
Send a SCANNED copy of the RECEIPT which you got on Day1 of registering.(Receipt lost=No refund)
& after weeks that too if you're lucky you might get around around 1k.
Of course i didnt get the promised job... Should i call them liars!

This company is all about scam! And one of the scam artists who runs this place is Mohammed Pasha! It was never about the business, it was only about making Exalt Consulting a fraudulent place!

Don't trust this company! They do fake advertisements about the recruitment and many people already suffered from them! I tried this opportunity and I can confirm that this is just a scam I just wasted my time and money with them!

Exalt Consulting — We need to stop them

Exalt Consulting, is taking money from the candidates stating they provide jobs, but never promised for the service. Stay away from them as far as you can! All the positive comments on this company is probably written by it's own employees.

Having close to eight years work experience, I have been researching for placement in a niche domain for the past year. I saw this ad from Exalt Consulting on Naukri which gave a too good to be true job offer. I called them myself and without view of my profile, I was provided assurances of finding a job with 30-40% hike in this domain from a list of companies, HP, Wipro, Infosys, Dell(other blue chip companies), many of which did not even serve my domain. I was told to enroll immediately (tomorrow is the last date, else we will give to someone else) and only after signing the terms and conditions would further action be taken. Given I was totally tired searching for jobs, I was about to pay the amount. However, being prudent, I gave a search on Google for this consultancy. I was shocked after reading the comments. The comments mentioned exactly (word to word) what the staff had spoken. Still I refused to believe all those comments, as we often see only those who got the wrong side of the scales complain, but those who benefit often simple turn their backs to thank someone.

It was only after that I started thinking, if this can be true. I cannot comment if many were benefited by this service, if they were, well and good, but by the conversation I had, I felt this consulting firm would not be able to do what they promise (given my experience in search of jobs all over India). Therefore I did not accept the service. I understand Rs 4500 might not a huge amount these days, especially when being offered a plush job, but the hopes the unemployed falsely get and soon to be shattered is troubling indeed. (we can see those from all those comments above)

However, this is my personal opinion and better research would be necessary before passing judgement on anyone (person or organization). After careful consideration, I have not accepted their service.

EXALT IS FRAUD consultancy...With very positive thought I joined in this consultancy by paying 3, 371 INR .But this company didn't even showed any single oppertunity.These people will cheat you.First they will talk to you very nicely and then after registering they dont even respond for any thing!! you will simply loose money...DO NOT JOIN in this kind of FRAUD consultancy..

This is a fake company and i have all the mails and registration fee reciept everything with me safely. Now i gotta job in a good company by my own efforts but i wait'd almost for an year but finally i dint placed at all. With in a year i just attended 3 companies from this Consultancy and that too they tell not to mention that im from this consultancy an all. I got lot of mails from them as your profile has been forwarded to this company and the company like that and they tell that you get a call or mail from company if you shortlisted but finally i dint get any call at all. When i asked to refund the fee which i paid they blocked me in their office telephone and official updating mails and they gave another mail id to sent the complete conversations and mails an all to refund the money and i did as they said and later i got a letter to my address as i wont get any money and it ll be deducted considering that as a effort management from their consultancy. Finally i lost 3000 rupees and 7 months in my life just bcoz of i get a job through this consultancy. To be clear im telling you frenz " ITS A FAKE CONSULTANCY " Dont go to this. Work hard and get your job by your own effort. Though you go to this even you should do the same bcoz they simply tell you that we do this, that an all. When im paying the money i was in full crisis and with lot of difficulties i paid the registration fee. But now its all gone. This is a big cheating company. Till you register they call and they talk and do wat ever you tell and once you paid then you should wait for weeks like that to talk with them and though if you call they tell like all are in meeting's like that and One more thing is that " After your registration you should not call any working days and you should call only on Saturday's to talk with them about the updates "
This Consultancy is FAKE. Please dont go. I have all the records and mails an all with me. Daily i pray to god that something should happns to this guys for playing in ma life. Still im fighting with them for my registration fee refund :( :(

Same things happened with me. Even I didn't receive anything more than emails stating resume being forwarded to so and so company. Now I am going to ask for refund. Let me see if they refund it or not.
