[Resolved]  Exalt Consulting — Fraud

They are the fake and cunning people..I have paid money before 15 days and till now they have not given a single call...Before paying the money the girl named Nisha (Divya) called me 100 times in a day to make sure that I transferred the money and promised me that as soon as they get the payment they will arrange interviews..And it is more than 15 days they have not called me once. I emailed them asking about the status and they don't have courtesy to reply. When ever I call them one lady will receive and will tell that I will inform Nisha and she will give you a call back and there is no call back..I just want my money back.

Even i have paid them 4500/- and now they dont even take my call or reply back to my mails..

Guys i have paid an amount of Rs 4500 to this consultancy, prior to that they agreed to get me a job very soon .Before registering, the consultant ill tell all sweet words n ill say that they hav openings in all top MNC and make you register once you register you ill get nothing out of EXALT, except disappointment. After registering you ill jus get some forwarded mails stating that your resume has been forwarded to this company and a HR from tht company ill call you. I got some 10 such forwarded mail from EXALT but not even a single interview or interview call., and now that I have got a job on my own effort, i am trying to call them to refund my money, .I tried calling them on [protected] which is their placement number and on [protected] number which they say is for Refund inquires. For past one month I tried calling them but all I get is their number is busy. I cannot understand how can anybody s number be so busy for 24hrs.
As per the aggreement if I get my money back from Exalt, I will take my words back.

Modern way of cheating people who are looking desperately for job or job change. They can't even schedule an interview call for a Chartered Accountant with thirteen years of post qualification experience. They may tempt you with big corporate names in India and promise that within a week they will schedule interviews. But nothing will happen. What they will do is send mail to some companies which you have never heard saying that they have forwarded the resume, which anyone can do. We need not pay Rs.4, 500/- to get this service. The lady who trapped me is AAMINA BEGUM

Promised time will be over and you may find job from your own effort. When you ask for refund, they will not return your money. They will ask you to compile all their email correspondences, which they already have. You need to produce the along with refund form by courier. They will not accept soft copy through email. I submitted hard copy of refund application form on 1 Feb 2013. So many emails sent as reminder which remains unanswered. So many calls were made and repeat answer that they will get back to us. Three months have passed and nothing has happened. Had I seen all the postings before I would not have trapped in this way.

Guys, please think a lot before you register...

I would not say Exalt consulting is FRAUD.

But, MY experience has been ground shattering. I was made feel helpless. I have walked into to there office for first time and stil remember the smiles and friendly speech assuring they would place me.

3months i have hardly received any mails from them. I had no interview call what so ever, NOT EVEN A SINGLE CALL OR CALL LETTER.

I am tryin to approach them for refund and they start showing incompetence, No one wil give you any answer on what to do.

Here is the detailed process - HOW EXALT CONSULTING WORKS

1. You receive a call from them, asking you to pay 4500 assuring interviews, which they say will be refunded if they fail to place you

2, You go to the office and make payment to some really patient and sweet executive.

3 then you wait or 3 months - which is gud if you get placed.

4 otherwise, here starts the pain - REFUND PROCESS

(Mr. SAHIL, refunds manager I dono what he is, but he is the only one taking care of refund process - ONE AND ONLY ONE. No refunds done in his absence.)

5. you wil be given a dedicated refund dept number, which is constantly busy, exalt offers extensins when you call them willing to join and pay money. unfortunatly for refund there are no extensions or alternate number. single phone [protected].

6. After not being able to contact refund dept, I tried contactin the board number, who asked me to first send email to [protected]@exaltconsulting.com, then download and fill the application, POST IT through courier ( thats rite POST IT !, No MAIL ), after which nothing happens.

you will be made to wait and wait, no matter how many calls you make or visit them, no one responds.

1.the people who are not feeling fraud can place their emp no and company name and your contact number sir so that we can about this company more.

2.one more question instead of this company wi you are not going to naukri r freshersworld r job sites.

3.wi we should pay money.

4.weather the refund money back within time.or taking time?

5.can i know how many calls(i mean offers) you will get before expiry?

To hell with this exalt company. This company is not for those who believe in trust and Honesty. They have broken the trust of people as well as blamed the religion. I have seen so many people blaming the religion as well. This is just because the owner of Exalt consulting (ECPS). I have visited there office. A room type space in which around 20-25 persons are working but that is worthless. made n numbers of calls regarding my application update, refund update. Do not ever try to trust on them.

Dont go for a second thought ...believe its a FRAUD company!!

The people who ever has got cheated from EXALT CONSULTANCY.I pray to god tat you people get back ur money.God will be seeing everyone.Exalt consultancy guys keep one thing in mind if you cheat such innocent people you will never gain anything in life.SATYA, NEETHI and DARMA will live longer then ASATYA, ADARMA and ANEETHI.
Even i was about to go and register in this today to overseas job with rupees 6500/-.She promised me and forced me to pay the money.If i paid the money and lost it without getting a job sure i would have never left this consultancy to run forward and cheat others.A consultant by name Archana [protected] from Exaclt cOnsultancy froced me to pay and promised me to get job in overseas.

i would like to share my thoughts and experience with you regarding the issue your referring. In beginning i got an email from them for openings in XXX company. Where i worked before. i had resign my job to do MBA. I called to there landline No.[protected] / 96/ 97. The call was answer by the ZOYA(may be her fake name), the HR of Exault consultency. i told i am interested in openings of XXX company and i also told her that i had been worked there before. The one notable thing is that she informed about the openings in IBM, Infosys, Envoy Mortgage, Northern trust except XXX company about i was interested. Then she told to register by making online. payment of 4500/- and also to first month salary. As i was in search of job i was very happy and once i thought to make the payment. But i had doubt.Because Money matters. i just googled information regarding Exault consultency. i saw many above reviews. some people are arguing it is true and some are false.
There are many companies who want to en cash the weakness of job seekers like you and me. Dont become victims of such Cheaters. be have patience. Dont pay money to consultancy who promise you about jobs in MNC. just make proper enquiry before becoming victims of companies like this. MNC will pay for the consultancies if they are hiring through them . try to get job from your effort. There are good consultancy who doesn't charge job seekers but receive from MNC, s. Use your Brain. STAY SAFE...

I am also one of the victim of fraudulant Exalt consulting, initially when registering employees with Rs.3500/- all exalt frauds will talk to you nicely and after some days you will only get mail that they are scheduling some after that no communication. If job aspirant goes for refund they will make you to roam 100 times with no confirmation on refudning the amount and you will fed up following up them and finally you will give up. Incase if you succeed in getting refund you not get even half of the amount you paid. These kind of fradulant consultancies should be black listed and closed forever, so that atleast good consultancies will provide jobs to job aspirant candidates. Fraud Exalt consultancy is not only pick pocket the money but also make aspirants to lose hope on getting jobs. No exalt frauds will give you their manager number and from the time frauds exalt office opens in the morning and till it gets close the refund team phone[protected]number will be busy, on this only you can think for how many peoples these guys are making fool. All frauds in exalt consultancy please stop doing this kind of job, one fine day peoples will come and smash your 10*10 office.
I request all job aspirants not to enroll in fraudulant consultancy called Exalt, if some one calls from exalt, spilt on their face and bang the phone.One of the worst experience I got from this fraud consultancy. If you get a chance pull them for consumer court.
