All good things about exalt are being posted by fraud exalt guys...nobody benefited from the exalt and I can say with 200% confidance.
All frauds sitting out there in exalt consutancy, I dono how exalt frauds are getting successed in making peoples fool and more over the person who is running this fraud consultacy has to be arrested 1st and peoples working are blinding making crime along with owner of the exalt consultancy. Job hunting peoples never ever believe fraudulant exalt consultancy they will never get any job for you. Fraudulant exalt is not tied up with any of the copanies. They will only create fake mail ID's and send mailers to job aspirants. Peoples full this fraud consultacny to road and kick all the guys on the road. PLEASE NEVER EVER GO TO THIS CONSULTANCY...MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO ALL JOB ASPIRANTS THEY WILL LOOT YOUR MONEY AND YOUR DREAM OF GETTING JOB HOLDER IN BANGALORE.

Yes. This Exalt Consultancy is a cheater. They take money online and assured regarding jobs but they never gives calls. They gives company address wherever is Walk-in is there. And they never gives calls regarding scheduled interview a day before. They only sends emails at the end of the day.
and interview time would be 9:00. But when we reach there then interview start at 11:00 like Walk In. and contact person never gives identity of their. Contact person says that We never hire from such consultancy. It means they gives contact person from elsewhere.
This is really fake consultancy.
BLOCK this consultancy.

I request to consumer court to block such Consultancy.

Exalt Consulting is Cheat... they are cheater... they talk very sweet while taking money and as soon as they get money they stop intracting... even if you call them, they will listen to you however will not even utter a word and then they will say will get back to u in 48hrs and never get back... they dont even reply to emails. only auto generated emails are there in response.

EXALT CONSULTING is CHEATERS... they CHEAT innocent people who by lying them that they will get job for them. let's together file a case against them.

Exalt Consultancy near Shivaji Nagar Bus stand, is one place where you are definitely losing money without getting a job. The money that you pay them will be wasted along with your confidence.
Job consultancies do not charge fees for getting you a job. Their fee is paid by the organizations or companies.

ECPS process goes like this…
• You call them or visit them at their office and after a slow n decent discussion in which ECPS HRs utter words like Accenture, Hyundai, Tata, IBM, Infosys etc.
• You make up your mind to pay the money (Rs.3500/Rs.4500/Rs6500) and fill the form
• They ask you to update your details on the website.
• After updating you wait for their call or email which comes to you after a while but as given in the reviews previously, they are either small companies or these companies don’t exist.
• In between you realize they are fake/not helping. Now you want your money back and you write them an email asking for refund or you call them, none of which is answered. You repeatedly call them but answer doesn’t come.
• You may also receive an email saying that ECPS has made its efforts but you were not eligible candidate to get the job. Hence, refund cannot be made.
• You keep calling them and send emails. But no reply comes.
Anyways, you ll never get your money back.
And please IGNORE the positive reviews as they are written by EXALT PEOPLE.

I was referred this consultancy by my colleague. I paid around 7k and as said above all sweet words till they get the money after which they dont answer your calls. so i tried from another number and they answer and when they find out that you have already registered, they just cut the call. I asked for refund and dey are not responding to that as well. I just pray that all these executives in this firm go on a trip abroad with the money that they earned by cheating us and their plane just explodes in mid air.

thanks guys for all your feedback regarding Exact placement consulting firms, Guys u need to think simple that first of all no consultation firm takes money from the candidates rather they charge from the employee. Second if at all they charge, why cant they guarantee the job and also how about paying them once they get you placed? I guess there should be no issues also and no question of people waiting for their refund. So my suggestion to all is please be aware and alert before paying just like that to these kind of fraud companies. and i am sure they just fooling around with everyones career,

my suggestion to EXalt is stop playing with some ones career, because very soon you will be exposed widely throughout media.

This is a fraud company. They have no ethics. It is nor sufficient to write here. I am a case against them. They to present in the Indian court. Our hard core earned money is not for enjoyment for such unprofessional cheats.

Exalt is completely fake. They say somebody is defaming them but guys please give a though over this - Somebody who is guaranteeing you with a job, why they need the money in advance?? coz they can claim it afterwards aswel . But why they need it before? coz they are not real.

And moreover, if Exalt was good then, they should be in demand and they dont need to chase people and request to take a job from them.
