[Resolved] Express IT — NON-DELIVERY OF COURIER | |
THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OFHOW CAN A CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY HARASS PEOPLE For the last two weeks am behind this people to get my cheque book which was send from HDFC bank chennai.It reached Bangalore on 2nd May, but due to same "time constaints" they hold up and after that simply they updated the tracking system saying I am not available("seems to be funny").Luckily yesterday I got one number, and I given the address( eventhough it is same )and my phone number.but all in vain.now there is no response at all.and none of the phone numbers are working at all. is there anything we can do regarding this? if time is a constrain why they are working and make others life miserable? this is the story of my courier. last two week before i applyed hdfc bank chaqe book anh bank sent my chaqe book through your courier dated 23rd may 2008.till date i have not recieved your courier.can u tell me what i do...

Express IT — Showing false delivery report
My Barclay Bank Credit card statement is shown to send by Express IT courier but for last two months i am not receiving my statement but on their website they are showing it has been delivered and the receiver name is also a mysterious one. So I believe the express it is totally a fraud company .Arindam Chakraborty
Express IT — Worst Courier company in the world
Express IT company was give my courier on 19th and on 29 the they found out that the address is not complete. The courier was sent from Gurgaon to NCR. Now regarding my address, let me tell you I live in an apartment which is visible from three corners of NH 24. It is one of the tallest buildings in whole NCR and it’s very famous, it’s used as land mark to shipra mall. I gave 3 phone numbers and in 10 days no one even bothered to call me. They are jokers...!!!Express IT — Not recieved courier
I have alloted a Pan card and it was dispatch from NSDL through express it courier Awb. No. [protected] when I am checking it online for the delivery details it shoes it was delivered to and recieved by Naveen Relation Brother but there is no one in my residence with name Naveen.please check with the courier company and let me know.

Express IT — Bad Delivery of Courier
Dear Sir,I Salender Kumar here would like to comlaint against the Express It company . I had applied for my Pan No. Income Tax Department has allotted me a pan no. and despatched it to me on dated 02/06/2009 by Express It courier but I am still waiting to get my Pan no. they are failed to deliver it to me .
I would like to urge you that please act against the company for the same.

Express it courier i can, t understand how they got iso[protected] certificat these company is not fit for such certificate. Poor service, Arrogant employees.
This company is totally useless and I do not understand that why they have been hired by NSDL.

Same happened to my friend also. They just doesn't wants to deliver the post due to personal work of delivery person and tell that Consignee not available.

Please cancel their ISO certification, other wise no body will believe on ISO certificate. Or they might have bought up by just giving the money to get ISO certification without having quality.

My Airwaybill No.[protected]. my PAN card was delivered via EXPRESSit on 30th Dec 2009, when I called them, they simply say that they have tried attempting on 1st Jan 2010 but the tracking details says that 3rd Jan they tried delivering.these people are very FRAUD people. Simply returned my PAN card without even attempting to deliver it. KIndly BAN tyhis company for any future couriers. Banning EXPRESSit company could save many consumers in future. Kindly take action to close the EXPRESSit company soon.

Express IT — Non receipt of dockets (Twice). Courier claims to have delivered the same
The docket sent by King fisher's King Club was claimed to be delivered by the Express IT courier. They claimed it was received by my father, who in fact has expired six years back.Such a fake company. It is bringing shame to Kingfisher also.

Express IT — Delay of Courier & Odd behaviour
Express IT Courier: The worst of the worst and India's most pathetic courier service ever.I was supposed to be delivered a PIN for my Bank Card on the 3rd of June but i still haven't been delivered, now its 8th of June. My bank, HSBC, which is a very reputable bank internationally has absolutely bundled on their preferred courier partners, they couldn't have made a worse choice.
1. there is a delay of 8 days on such an important piece of document which my bank promises me delivery of within 4 days of application on their website, I applied on the 1st of June.
2. The custom care number for Express IT [[protected]] is very hard to get through and keeps disconnecting mid-way. I have had to call them up at-least 5 times to have a single conversation. This should ideally be my bank's job.
3. I have been trying to call them yup since las three days and every-time i'm promised and assured that i will receive the courier that very day and that it is lying in their branch. But sadly this has never transpired but still they keep on insisting on the same.
4. The most pathetic is their behavior with their customers as if they just don't care, specially in this day and age of consumer satisfaction. They keep repeating the same thing on the phone that it is a technical fault and it will be delivered today like for ever. Which is not only completely frustrating as customer but also a lie that i have heard now for too many times.
I strongly suggest one and all to beware of these guys and never to deal with them in the future. I will ofcourse write to my bank and insist that they should find a better alternate asap.

Express IT — NON RECEIPT OF PAN CARD
I have applied for a PAN Card with Ack. No. [protected], whereas i find in yourstatus tract that it has been despatched on[protected] thru EXPRESS ID AWB NO. [protected],
but till date i have not received the same.
And today while tracking in Express IT website it has mentioned that ADDRESS IS INCOMPLETE and
it has been returned to Shipper on 29.07.11 i.e after 7 days....................
I tried to call Chennai Customer care but no reply from them, i have been receiving several documents
and letter thru various banks and IT Companies and maganizes throughout the world for the past
7 years to the mentioned address , but why not only from EXPRESS IT...................
Also i have mentioned my Phone numbers already on[protected] to their customer care. Even though
i have not received any call from them regarding my address.........
Without confirming the address over phone atleast , how can they return to the shipper .................
Please help me in this matter....................... or else take any action on the concerned people.............
