[Resolved]  Express It Courier — not received courier/wide bill no. [protected]

I made several requests for my net banking transaction password & login password, after several follow-up, i could not get the same. your executives provides me wrong informations all the time i call. for example, when i ask about the air bill no. & telephone nos. i get different courier names & different air bill nos. On date 12/09/08 when i called on 1140 hrs i got air bill no.[protected] from ELBEE courier & telephone no given to me was [protected] which was found wrong when i call, then i again contacted again at customer care then i got another courier name air bill no & telephone no. the details are Airex logistic air bill no.[protected], & telephone no.[protected] & 32593482 again when i call it was wrong. I could make mysel[censored]nderstand that for one request how the two air bill no & two courier nos. this was not happens me for first time it was earlier done with on date 26th & 27th August 2008. when i can receive the cheque books which i requested for, why the passwords can't reach. This is very very poor service & communication with customer, rather providing good services your executives are asking for service charges of Rs. 60 to deliver at bank branch where my account is. I think your office is compelling the customer to pay money for which it is free of cost services to be provided to us & this not the end, all time i use your web site to register the complaint after clicking on submit button the request never transmit & end up with error message.Iif needed i will definitely complain this in legal form. I am fed up with your services. Hope after this the necessary action will be taken from your side.
