sir I finance scooter family credit Rate interest 12% but family credit adevertisment benner Rate of interest 9.99% but your employee charge 12%. why different between your advertisement and working Please clear the issue.
why charge to me 12%

Two wheeler loan was ended. 5th of October 2014 I was called them and asked about why u not debited my last EMI, one of family credit executive said the cheque was bounced, that was not my problem, I have founded my account 2nd October with 9000 rs
My last EMI was not debited from my account I have 9000rs balance in my account,
Personal loan 2361 rs was debited 7th October but two wheeler loan 3090 was not debited, very bad customer service they even not ready to talk with me executive was disconnected the cal saying that contact ur city branch,

Dear All

I would like to inform you that I had bought a Hero Maestro scooter in Aug 2013.
It was duly Financed by Family Care. While purchasing the scooter, it was conveyed and also filled ECS Form for that EMI's will be duducted through ECS. But inspite of having sufficient balance in my Bank A/c. It was not duducted from my Bank A/C For the first EMI, your person Mr. Bhagwat was collected the cash from home address, it is repeated for next 15 EMI collected from home and others are paid at ITZ counters, as per my account statement charged me bounce charges 350 rupees for my 4 th EMI on 10.06.2013 also we have not receive any agreement copy after all agreement process. It was also communicated that my name is added in the offer, and the consolation prize will be a Silver Coin. I did not get any prize, means I should have got a Silver coin as a consolation. Now i am completed all EMI i have not receive NOC When I asked about the such of things to your customer care ( C C No[protected] executive today on 8.41am, he started speaking in a very rude way and asked me to speak about some other things, if your executive is not give the respect to customer it is very bad impact in future for your organization.
  I would request you to please look into it and revert about my due amount 714 Rupees at the earliest, failing to which I will lodge a complaint at your top Manegment or Consumer court.
