Discrepancies

i purchased Honda activa by making down-payment of Rs. 20,000 to JAYBEE HONDA, ABC Guwahati.
I was made to wait for 3 months and was misleaded many times by the authorities. Till date I did not receive

Bad Customer Service

This complaint is against Family Credit for their BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had taken a car loan from them on 28/04/2011 but till date neither I have received any welcome letter from them nor the copy of my loan agreement. HARASSEMENT BEFOER DUE DATE

this bank starts calling from 5 days before date and telling its just a reminder and

getting disturbed continuous through phone calls

Unsolicited Calls

For the last 4 months I have been getting calls for the number[protected]...some family credit ...and asking me to keep sufficient balance account to pay my EMI.
The message is a recorded one and the worst part is I have never taken a loan from these guys.
