I had taken a Bike Loan in Family credit for my Apache through Akshaya motors on 8/7/2010. Tehtenure is for 12 months and I have completed paying it on 10/7/2011. However, I havent received my NOC yet to my home address.

Despite multiple tries calling, there is no response from the customer care as it continues to ring and no response in that number.

Iam bhaskar from ayanavaram i had taken two wheeler loan at family credit on Aug 2008 ,out of 23 EMI i had paid 19 EMI's still they are not giving my Original RC book and i conformed that the RC book had recived by the bank peoples at the shoe room at adayar and went to the family credit branch and meet Mr Rajenderan he said that bank is not reponsible for the lost of RC book the bank people...

This loan was started from Dec 11, due to signature mismatch, first cheque got reversed, which i paid cash and settled the dec due,
From Jan onwards the amount was transferred through ECS till march 12,which i personally went to Citi bank and started the ECS process.


In April your executives called me that ECS amount is not transferred due to sign mismatch,...

I purchased a bike on loan from this bank.now the emi is due on 5th of every month
this bank starts calling from 5 days before date and telling its just a reminder and
even the calls are comin on very odd times sometimes early in the morning or in midnight they send SMS for installment and many more .Its literally a headache.
