I am ashvin rajput i am living in ahemadabad gujrat. mene sep-2014 me ek gadi purchse ki family credit ke loan lekar.us gadi me mene 10000 d.p bhara or 2651 *24 emi karvaye the.emi account se cut nahi rahe the to mene 4 bar unki branch office me jakar cash payment kiya or ecs activate karavane ka form diya par aaaj din tak ecs to activate nahi huaa.par aaj vo log choro ki tarah aakar meri gadi chura ke le gaye sathe me gadi me rakha hua paisa or mobile or ghar ki chabi bhi chura ke bhag gaye.jab mene police complain ki or me unki office par gaya to family credit ka staff koi thik tarah se javab bhi nahi de raha he or bol rahe he ke abhi loan ke rupiye paid kar do to gadi milegi or mobile or purce or ghar ki chabi milegi.

cutmer care me phone kiya to custmer care vale bol rahe he yaha koi complain nahi hoti.pata nahi chal raha ke finance compny se loan liya he ke vyaz se paise liye he.

      I bought a car in Oct, 2011 after getting loan from Family Credit Limited (Now L&T Finance) with loan number 918540 for which i have cleared all my EMIs for 36 months with out failing a single time through ECS. During the loan period one of the executive from Family credit approached me for EMI to be paid in cash instead of ECS clearance, When i asked for the reason, the executive said that there is some technical problem in their ECS computer system. So I have paid the EMI through cash in that month and the next month. Once again same thing happened in my last EMI also(36th month). And the executive given the same reason (that there is technical problem in the ECS System.) All together I have to pay three EMIs in cash to their executives. (During the loan period i have always maintained sufficient funds in my bank account to clear EMI. Never in my life i have missed an EMI) Now after completion of my loan tenure in Oct 2014, i got a call from Family Credit Limited(Now L&T Finance) asking me to pay an additional amount of Rs 1800/- to get my NOC. When i asked for the reason they said that this extra amount is for the cheque bounce charges that happened during those three times when i paid them in cash. One thing that i din't understand is when there are sufficient funds in my account for clearing the EMI they did not clear it electronically and instead they collected in cash and now they say that there is a cheque bounce just to collect another 1800/- from me. The funny part about the Family Credit Limited is that they don't even use emails to communicate the issue, because once if they send any email on this issue they can be dragged to court .So they are calling at least once in a day from last 6 months(Nearly i received 150 calls) to collect that extra money. So my final request for all the seekers of loan is please never approach or apply loan in Family Credit Limited (Owned by L&T Finance). Thanks for reading M.P.Reddy [protected]

        This complaint is against the harassment of debt collectors of family credit finance company situated at Pitampura new delhi.The debt collector of family credit always harass their consumers.They do not want to understand anybody's financial problem.They defame their consumers by providing their personal information in google and recently they have provided a consumer's false information, wrong pH.no. and false loan dues and involved the consumer's job place colleague in this matter.Even they are trying to defame their consumer's work place and harassing consumer's colleagues.They always provide wrong loan dues to make their commission.They have to remove this information and to stop harassing their consumer otherwise the company will be legally treated on behalf of harassment and defamation of some one's dignity.

            Dear Sir, I had purchased a Car in 2008 through Family Credit Limited with a monthly EMI of Rs. 4381. I have paid the same till now without any issues. The EMI for Feb 2015 was missed due to a banking issue. Though i had funded by bank account adequately, my banker has debited some money towards debit card annual fee without informing me thus leading to EMI return. I didnt even know about this until i received a notice from Family Credit today that Rs. 10322/- is pending. Im not sure how this is calculated. When i called the toll free customer care they ill treated me and asked me to go to court if needed. No one informed me about the EMI being missed and the penalty is almost double the EMI itself. Request you to look into the issue at your earliest convenience.

              Sir, I'm Ijajur Rahaman, son of Sk Adar Ali had taken a loan from you to purchase Motorbike, Yamaha No-SZ-X, Chassis's No-MEIIPM0012C2004230 dated on 07/12/2012.I paid all the installments due against this loan on 07/11/2014.I informed to the helpline[protected] to get NOC against this loan but there was no response from theirs to me. Therefore i request you take serious step so that I can get NOC at your earliest opportunity, otherwise I shall be compelled to knock the door of consumer Court Authority to get the proper justice.

                  Hi I am Rudra Sarathi Dutta. I took a two wheeler loan in order to but a Bajaj Pulsar 180 on November 2010. I have paid all the EMI and cleared the EMI amount. Now I am receiving calls from Family credit abusing to pay extra around Rs.2000 to get the NOC. They explain that the payment have bounced 7 times however i have made payment through cash for only 1 time. I requested then to send me that details with the information that i have failed to pay them. In a reply I got to hear that "we are not a slave to provide you this information". All I need is the proof/details that i have failed to pay them. Please assist to inform me what needs to be done to resolve this. Thanks

                    I have just borrowed a loan for my 2 wheeler Tvs Wego from your bank. My acount no. is 1544582.1st ecs of my emi Rs.1828/- was debited from my acount on 8th October 2013where ecs date was sheduled on 7th of ever month. That is not an issue for me.In this month november when ecs did not reflect in my account till 10th november i contacted my bank and enquired about it. They said me that nothing is reflecting till date in accoubt. Then i called on your hotline and i got very surprized ans that you just put sufficient amount in acount and our emi will be debitted on any date after 7th. So i was relaxed. Sudenly in last week i got a call from a lady from your mumbai branch saying my ecs got bouncedcand i have to pay in cash with penalty.When i talked with her in brief then she said that my bank rejected ecs because they have not recd any ecs forms from your company. So where i am in fault here to pay emi in cash.Then on friday 22nd november i got a call again from mumbai office and lady conferanced my call with her senior. I told him the same that when i am not a defaulter and as due to non submission of ecs forms in my bank from your side its management's mistake, I am gona pay only through ecs only. So he asked me to give signatures on new ecs forms so that from next month they will take care of regular ecs deduction. Again I am getting call today to pay emi in cash.. what the hell is this.I want to speak with a senior person only from your mumbai office and not with a hird grade lady who is saying me todaythat IF I AM NOT ENOUGH AFFORDING to pay THE EMI THEN WHY DID I BORROWED LOAN FROM YOUR BANK. WHY DIDNT I PURCHASED 2 WHLER IN CASH.

                      I had taken a two wheeler loan from Family Credit on 2011 (23 Installments). On September 2013 all my 23 installments paid by me. But again this month (October 2013) my bank account is deducted with one more installment by Family Credit. When I went to check this matter at Family Credit office in Rajkot, Gujarat, the office was closed for permanent.

                      I am afraid that what if my bank account again deducted by family credit next month. I am afraid that what if Family Credit is fraud company.

                          I HAVE BOUGHT A MOTOR CYCLE OF BAJAJ MAKE PULSAR 150 ON 25 ARPIL 2011 WITH A HELPING LOAN BY FAMILY CREDIT AT GUWAHATI BRANCH. AT THE TIME OF GETTING THE FORMALITIES OF THE LOAN THE REPRESENTATIVE CONFIRMS ME THAT THE LOAN TENURE OF MY LOAN IS 20 MONTHS AS PER MY REQUEST. I HAVE ALREADY PAY THE INSTALLMENT OF THE LOAN FOR 20 MONTHS. BUT NOW THE FAMILY CREDIT PERSONNEL FROM KOLKATA CONTACT ME OVER PHONE AND ASK ME TO PAY ANOTHER 4 NOS OF EMI. WHEN I ASKED THEM THE REASON THEY CLARIFY THAT THE TENURE IS FOR 24 MONTHS INSTEAD OF 20 MONTHS. HOW THE TENURE IS GETTING CHANGED EVEN AFTER I HAVE SIGNED IN THE DOCUMENTS FOR A TENURE OF 20 MONTHS? PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD.

                            Family Credit — without information deposit the cheque

                            Hello Friends,

                            As i have availed Personal loan in one of the branch in Kanchipuram district,Tamilnadu.

                            I used to repay through my bank. And i paid cash through Family credit representative, once i got transferred on my profession.

                            By last month Family credit has presented the cheque for Rs 62,000/- which more than actual loan amount in my bank. Already i have paid the loan for some extend. The cheque has been returned by our banker without honoring it.

                            Now Family credit claims that i have to pay entire 62,000/- ( already paid 12,000rs amount along with interest)

                            See this kind of cheating / un professional approach is executing by Family credit.

                            The state or national consumer forum has to take this type of harassment into serious action and do necessary relief for the consumers.

                            Is there any possibility to complaint in consumer court while the legal notice has received from Family credit? Kindly any one suggest on this.

                              I take a auto loan from ur family credit bank as on jan 2009, 5th day of every month installment of Rs. 3327.00 is colleced by bank. upto current date all my installmnent paid by me. but after that bank executive called & harrased me & telling me that my chequ was bounce. If it is not stop, i take legal action against family credit bank.

                              My name is LITIN TIE i have availed your family credit loan from Hyderabad financed for my Two Wheeler and Finance Executive who have delivered me the bike i submiited ny all documents including my check leaves with the ECS form and i clearly mentioned that my due date should every month on 7th but the shocking news is that they have sent me the welcome letter on 04 dec 2013 when checked it i come to know that my due date is on 5 th of the month, i told clearly that my salary will credit on every month 7 th thus my ECS got bounce and there was no remainder in my mobile through sms or call then i have called the Toll free number i have spoke to Anitha, sobha nearly 4 times there is no proper solution from their end they have committed that they will arrange a call back from the SALES MANAGER they given the complaint number :377
                              but nearly 4 days no one turned up till date i request the higher authorites to look into the matter other wise please cancel my loan and sactioned me a new loan or change me the due date to 7 TH OTHER WISE please take back my bike and give the Down payment return any way i have spoke to the Lawyer he suggested me that if there is no response no need to pay any EMI file an case againt the Famliy Credit finance LTD in consumer court to get the justice .

                                FAKE FRAUD CALLS FROM FAMILY CREDIT.

                                Consumers across the country report that they're getting telephone calls from people trying to collect on loans the consumers never received or on loans they did receive but for amounts they do

                                not owe. Others are receiving calls from people seeking to recover on loans consumers received but where the creditors never authorized the callers to collect for them. So what's the story?

                                Point 1.

                                There are few things to consider, regarding this .
                                1.it could be fraudters using the name of Family credit , an organisation which gives loan
                                2. Family credit , the real organisation is really messing it up. calling wrong people, with wrong phone numbers. They should post on public platform in case they are not related to this scam.

                                Now==>
                                1. I got a call from this number => [protected] and told to call up on [protected].
                                I was also followed up with a real looking message from FMLYCRD.

                                Peculiar things were-
                                No mention of my Name,
                                My account number,
                                My bank name etc.
                                Wierd instalment amount.

                                Notice the actual Family Credit website http://familycreditindia.com/ says
                                ==> FamilyCredit Limited has been acquired by L&T Finance Holdings Limited
                                To Contact us:-
                                Call: 1800 – 3011 – 6688 (Toll Free)

                                We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

                                ==> The toll free number is different.!!

                                I some how feel these SMS and phone calls are a fraud , using an existing companies name and coaxing to call people on a wierd toll free number - "[protected]."

                                Point 2.

                                The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the

                                difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake

                                debt collector if he:

                                1.is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
                                2.refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
                                3.asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
                                4.exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.
                                If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:
                                ==>Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include

                                the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
                                If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from

                                you.

                                Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop

                                calling you if you ask them to in writing.

                                Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social

                                Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft – charging your existing credit cards, opening

                                new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.

                                Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate – but you think the collector may not be – contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find

                                out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.

                                Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal

                                FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

                                How to deal with this.
                                If they are fraudsters, and you are sure, deal strictly.
                                1. do not call back.
                                2. If you get many calls
                                Change your number
                                3.If you get threatning calls
                                Fight upto them, they are cheaters trying to scare you, take you personal identities, bank ac number etc.They can do nothing.
                                Instead, tell them to take the matter to court, file a case , instead harassing on the phone.I am sure.They will back out and focus energies somewhere else.
                                4.If still persists
                                in extreme case,resort to police.
                                However, this is India and no justice , police will harangue you themselves, better avoid.
                                5.In case they come home.
                                Be ready with assistance, beat the hell out of them. Take pictures.

                                Spread the message before many o[censored]s are robbed.!!

                                I have buyed a bike on Loan from Swastik moters (bhandup) and paid 30 thousand as down payment and rest all was on loan from family credit

                                The issue which i am facing is

                                1)I have a installment of rs 1923month and my loan payment which was about to start from month of June-09 the problem is i have been calling them for asking the date on which cheque will be coming in bank so that i can keep money i never got a date or Month details from them and suddenly got a cheque in my bank and 350 Rupees was deducted from my account

                                2)I thought its ok got a call from them i told that send a executive and take the money but again the cheque was deposit with out my knowledge in the same month and again 350 rs was deducted from my account

                                3) for a installment of 1923 i have already spoiled my bank statement and already 700 are deducted ...

                                4)from June till date i have payed all the loan amount for almost a year know but still i get a letter at my house asking for setellment of the amount with interest for the first month

                                5)when ever i got a call asked them that i am not going to pay any intrest and what about 700 rs deducted from my account the only answer i got was they will talk with there manager and call me back ... but that never happend and still i get those letter with increasing intrest amount..

                                Please Note that i have payed rest all loan installment on time other then first ..

                                This is with reference to my Loan Account No 321670 taken from your financial institution which is attached to my Savings Bank Account for ECS.

                                The problem that I am currently facing is that once an ECS is cleared, I recieve a call from your centre saying "ECS bounced for lack of Funds" whereas on actual checking I find that the payment has been cleared.

                                Such calls are really bothersome and I think they hold no background.

                                Request you to look into the matter and do the needful.

                                I have grievance complaint against binod tiwari collection manger in ludhiana office .

                                I am sorry to say that i have never seen such a corrupt officer in my life .the characteristics are.
                                1. He used to take bribes in settlement casess

                                2.In case of surrendered vehicles instead of selling these through bank, he sells by himself at higher rate & earns to profit.
                                3. He has his own recovery agency undertaking parallely name harsh enterprises.
                                4.He is more biased to agencies who stand by himself in his misdeeds.I have brought in notice of mr. bjinder deswal but there seems no change at all.

                                5. I have many more things to reveal anyway kindly note whatever i have mentioned above are not words only i even audio recordings have proof of each my word.i can produce when demanded .
                                I part of your organization family credit ludhiana.who is desiccated to work honestly to earn bread for my wife &children .but now binod tiwari has t hrown all o[censored]s in darkness of hunger.now i am unemployed since i refused to be dishonest .

                                    I understand that my payment is 12 days late, but that doesn't mean I am defaulter !!. Since last 2-3 days your executives are calling me up for payment and that too was agreed that payment will be made on 24Th Dec 2012,MONDAY BEFORE 11 am. I just called up your office (+91 [protected]) to update me with the necessary amount of payment with settlement of the loan as only 2 months payment was pending for end-up. But the person on the other-side replied me after certain probe that "TERE BAAP KO CALL KARTA HU"

                                    So today, I called up your toll-free number for my revert they said that revert is been done
                                    but here are the screenshot attached of your FAULTY commitments

                                    But, as of now because of this whole thing spl that agressive comment from your executive FAMILY CREDIT IS WORST IN SERVICE INDUSTRY

                                      i took a bike loan from family credit i agent who recommended the family credit was cool initially for about 1 year i didn't have any problem and later it started

                                      1.when i wanted to change my postal address and my bank account number change they are showing me the hell
                                      i have sent several emails and called up the family care several times but up till now my problem is not solved from past 1year,i am ready to pay the loan correctly but family care is not ready to take it and want me to pay penalty for their old jamana procedures
                                      2.the agent in call center responds always very rudely, and i am not getting sufficient information..if i ask for supervisor they always say he is not available and he cannot speak,i cannot transfer.. and we got to wait for atleast 30minutes to speak with family care agents..
                                      3.if i wanted to know more details, the call center agents say. contact your local centers..which 3 hrs away from my place..and i hardly get leaves to visit other places
                                      4.when i call up the local centers..they are really scary if i want to pay the emi the manager will ask us to transfer the amount to his bank account and he will take care if i ask why they will ask us to visit local center.
                                      5.once i have paid about 5000 rs as emi for which i still didn't get any bills for it.when asked they won`t give the right information and say i have to visit the local center and i stay very far away from the bangalore local family care center and family care facilities are really poor and some 1942 style..
                                      wait hours in the que on toll free numbers.
                                      always call center say--server down,
                                      local agent say-traffic jam and today i cannot come, and
                                      suddenly they says i have to pay so old bills which i haven't paid
                                      never respond to emails
