[Resolved]  Family Credit Finance — BIKE LOAN EMI

Hello dear L&T finance
I am taken bike loan but no person as cmng at my home address to take mny plz contact me. And no dedicated in my bank account.

I called the customer care tollfree number and felt frustrated that I need to collect the NOC from the branch office. Every bank after the load has ended sends the documents to registered address. If you feel that you cannot pay the courier charges, please ask the courier boy to collect it from me. Worst service I have seen and I don't know why Suzuki has tied up their loan with this company.

I take a auto two wheeler loan from family credit limited as on Jul 2015, 5th day of every month installment of Rs. 1927.00 is collected by family credit limited. But in the month of Oct 2015, executive officer of family credit limited inform me that my EMI was bounce while the mode of payment is ECS and i have kept sufficient fund in my account. and charged rupee 350 as penalty. This is happening again in the month of sep 2016 and again in now, Jan 2017. He asked me to deposit the emi amount in Family credit ltd account using NEFT. What is this?

It has been 2 years since my bike was purchased. But still I didn't get passbook. I haven't get any information about my bike EMI. But they are crediting amount of EMI from my bank account.
