Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I Ms. Nasita Londhe, has a two wheeler loan with family credit. My EMI date is of 5th every month. But i have certain other commitments due to which i m not able to keep money on the 5th of every month, though my salary hits my account on the 7th of every month. I visited the family credit branch & requested to change the emi date as i m charged on a cheque bounce almost every month. but they had no solutions to it. The lady kept saying sorry we cant do a thing. This is painful, every month paying a chq bounce fee of 500 bucks even after informing the problems. I m really looking forward to clear this loan in settlement as i m not agreeing to pay so much on chq bounce.

My problem is not yet solved even after I had a verbal communication and written also.I am still been given trouble.I was assured of the solution to this problem but its still the same. Assured persons were one Anita,Sayyed and one more ladies staff of the office in Chakala Andheri,Mumbai-93. Every month 5th is my due of my EMI and if I am not getting a positive response till 4th of this month(Jan 04,2011) then I will be forced to stop the payment hence forward.I am sending this same mail to Consumer Forum with all my details.

For the last 4 months I have been getting calls for the number[protected]...some family credit ...and asking me to keep sufficient balance account to pay my EMI.
The message is a recorded one and the worst part is I have never taken a loan from these guys.

Tried reaching them back on their toll free to register a complaint but the call does not get completed.

I am sick and frustrated of this and want to take serious action against this company.,

Please guide.

I had taken a two wheeler loan on July 2007, they told me to pay 23 EMI my loan get closed on 8th month of 2009 out of this i had paid 19 emi"s still the bank peoples not issued the RC book bank peoples only asking the pending they never bothered about the RC book so please short out this problem immediately

I have availed two wheeler loan from your Company in the month of November, 2009 and I have submitted application for submitting ECS deduction

I regret to inform you that ECS are not properly claimed and as a result I am forced to pay penalty even my loan instalment, although I have kept sufficient balance in my account. The ECS is returned on technical grounds and I have been receiving phone calls for return of ECS for which I am not at all at fault. My details are as under:

Your agents demands more penalty cahrge. This month, they have collected the instalment in cash and demanded penalty which I refused to pay. Hence, finally I will not pay any penalty for your fault which please note.

Please instruc your collecting agents to be more careful while submitting ECS claim and date of submission.

Please look into the matter and set right this irregularities

i have taken loan from your company for 36 month which started in 2007/2008 so the emi is 10724 i have been paying the emi regularly but due to uncertain happings i faild to pay two dues which i had already discussed with the executive and i had promised him regarding the payment which was skipped from me but if not at once but according to my convenience ,but today the customer care service department hurted the faith towards your company,how can you keep such an uneducated staff in your company who cannot deal with the customer who doesn't know how explain to the customer is this the training you have given to your staff to speak random way they want even slang i never expectd such kind of rude behaviour from your end please justify my matter as soon as possinle as i am completely hurt .

Hello Friends,

As i have availed Personal loan in one of the branch in Kanchipuram district,Tamilnadu.

I used to repay through my bank. And i paid cash through Family credit representative ,once i got transfered on my proffesion.

By last month Family credit has presented the cheque for Rs 32000/- which more than actual loan amount in my bank. Already i have paid the loan for some extend.The cheque has been returned by our banker without honouring it.

Now Family credit claims that i have to pay entire 32000/- ( already paid part of laon amount along with interest)

See this kind of cheating / un professional approach is executing by Family credit.

The state or national consumer forum has to take this type of harrassement into seriou action and do necessary relief for the consumers.

Is there any possibity to complaint in consumer court while the legal notice has received from Family credit.Kindly any one suggest on this.

My agreement number is 526303.Its about the loan which I had taken to buy a motorcycle (Bajaj Pulsar).Previously also i had registered a complaint about the office staff of Mumbai for abuses and harresment. All my EMI's are getting deducted from my bank a/c till date,only one EMI i have stopped because i wanted to speak to the country manager or the incharge of all the branches in India so that i can get...

I, jakkampudi veera brahma chari having two wheeler loan with you, bearing agreement number 367041,this month EMI i am not able to pay due to some financial probelm,for that your executive came to my office and he talked very rashly infront of my office staff at himayathnagar on 11 pm 21st oct, 2010.and evening he given a call, then he is using worst language for EMI.I am raising a complaint,please take a immediate action against him.his name SRINIVAS-[protected].Further you the people are not take any action,i vill go for another option.Again i am requesting to take immediate action on him.

This is Rajesh Xavier and my agreement no for a bike loan is 526303.While taking the loan I paid a cash of 2045 as my first EMI to the dealer and the rest EMI was automaticaly deducted from my account in ICICI bank a/c no[protected] as ECS.While purchashing the dealer had taken six blank checks with no amount written.I had purchased the bike (Bajaj Pulsar) on15/03/2010.Till 01/08/2010 the payment from my side was perfect.Because of my salary a/c cancellation I wanted to change my bank so I called the Andheri,Chakala branch in Mumbai and I said all the details to one Mr.Sayyed (Cell no-[protected]) in the office on 3rd 0f August,2010.He said let this EMI also go from your ICICI a/c as 5th is my due date of every month and it was short time to do within 2 days.I did what he said and on 07/08/2010 I went personally to the office,paid 500 RS as swap charge and gave 8 blank checks to Mr.Sayyed and he said all the formalities will be over and the next means 05/09/2010 EMI will be deducted from the new bank a/c State Bank Of Hydrabad (A/C no-[protected]). last month on 3rd(September) 2010 I again called Mr.Sayyed and reconfirmed about the transaction about my EMI from SBH bank, and he said not to worry and it will be deducted from SBH.On 7th of September 2010 I checked in my A/C and there was no deduction so again I called and spoke to to Mr.Sayyed and even went personally to the office and there one Madam Anita in the front office checked all my details and said to me that it was Family Credits technical mistake and from next month it will deduct from SBH as ECS.This month on 7th again I checked and it was not deucted this time also.Yesterday this month EMI was deducted from my SBH branch.With out asking me they used my cheque though I ha paid 500 RS as swap charges and ECS.One Mr.Devendra Yadav,Mr.Sayyed and Madam Anita spoke to me on the phone nicely but in between some calls from family credit came and female's were giving worst bad words to me and later boys called and gave warnings of dire consequence's .Please let me know in all this what was my fault.Later they called my boss in the shop where I was working and asked for money.Because of this I lost my job also.My boss said you take your salary till date and leave the office as he said the loan you have taken and why I should listen vulger badwords.I am attaching the receipt copy of my swap charges which Mr.Sayyed had taken while changing the bank.
Please help me as it should happen that I start thinking that I was totally wrong to approach Family Credit for a loan.Hope so you will do the needful.You can check my detail reports till date.I fell sick and lost my job because of Family Credit.

N.B. The attachment is not getting loaded.My receipt no for swap charges is 33277 or 38277.The receipt number here is not clear.If You have a another email address or personnel email ID please give so that I can send the scanned receipt copy.Please acknowledge.

sir, ive taken bike through loan from family credit company last year, and i had three emi's pending. but i was regularly paying monthly emi's and the pending were of last year and this year one. for which i promised them to pay one additional every month from the month of august for which there collection manager had accepted. but one day he appointed recovery person to follow me on the road even after they know my residential address and stopped me on the way and took my vehicle forcefully and when i oppaosed they dared to do anything. then at the same moment i rushed to family credit office and i was ready to pay the pending emi and requested them to release my vehicle. which in turn they asked me to pay the whole outstanding amount including the future emi and then only i can take back my vehicle and were saying dont waste energy and time.
sir please u only tell if i had so much amount i could have brought the vehicle in cash.
please u help me in this matter.because as per there conclusion there is no suchn rule implemented in law that to keep the hard earned money of people for ur selfishness.

From the Said Finance Company I haven't taken any loan but regularly sending us legal notice 3 times this year against LOAN NO:302919 DT10/02/2009 I also cotact with the company as well as Legal dept(Mr Sankhadeep Ghosh advocate Ph:[protected]). but there is no solution at the time of my study i face the mental harashment which effect on my study.I hope u will give me the way

my name is pachaimuthu from tamil nadu at Acharapakkam. Two and half months ago I have purchase a two wheeler named BAJAJ PULSAR150. But they cannot registerd my bike. However we purchase any vehicle at any showroom they can register within one day or one week . But this finance limited have no response about my problem and thy want only my EMI. GALAXY AUTOMOBILES [melmaruvathure] is sold the bike to me and they are introduce this finance limited. But they cannot accept problem and response for registration. This show room said that "the finance limited cannot submit the no objection certificate for RTO registration. then what can we do? " . I have One question to FAMILY CREDIT . That is "How many months can i ride my bike without registration number. How can i say without registration of my bike.
This is my own bike or by theft bike. So many problems in thire and however they want my EMI. I will do when they register my bike and give me the registration certificate.

I take a auto loan from ur family credit bank as on jan 2009, 5th day of every month installment of Rs. 3327.00 is colleced by bank. upto current date all my installmnent paid by me. but after that bank executive called & harrased me & telling me that my chequ was bounce. If it is not stop, i take legal action against family credit bank.

I have taken a loan from Family Credit and since they have put the ECS date as 5th of every month, I called and told them that I only get salary by 8th the agent (Ramakrishna) told me, "Its not mine or the company's fault and you should have thought about all that before taking the loan". His English was pathetic and I Family Credit as a company are pathetic at customer service.

Most of their numbers are either not working, busy or nobody picks up the call.

This will cause serious problems for customers.

I personally would request people not to take loans from Family Credit as you will regret it the moment you have the 1st problem (like mine for instance).

i, Rajiv Tolye, shifted to Vodafone and had been provided with a mobile phone ([protected]) from my employer. from past four months, i am getting a call from[protected] asking for Ganesh. i then and asking for submitting some amount.I called their toll free number [protected] and informed them about the auto dialer call and warned them not to disturb me. and since then i got about 6-8 calls per day. i called their toll free number again and as per their suggation i went to Kothrud,Pune Family credit Office and submitt the a letter for stopping the calls with my identity proof. As manager was not available I submitted the letter to someone else.He told that he will send the letter to Hydrabad office and these calls will be stopped . But it is never happened and still I am facing the same problem. Finally I realised that this will never stop as this company is [censored] and all employes are . No one is having control on this auto dialers
