This factories throw So many Chemicals and this factories also consumed all water.
They also put there badarpur bricks at road so do need full as possible as early.

NAGAR NIGAM — park condition

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that the park condition of my area is very bad. I am resident of Indira Nagar D- block. There is no caretaker for the park. The boundary walls are broken from many places and causes danger for children playing there. All over the park is unfit for the people...there are so many bricks lying in there,etc etc.
I will be highly obliged to if you ponder over this problem and take actions as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

I am the resident of Sec-5, Rajender Nagar, Sahibabad and I would like to your kind attention on the Maharaja Aggarsen Park in Sec-5, commercial block, Rajender Nagar Sahibabad (in-front of Euro Apartment and Akaash Plaza Apartment.). that the park condition of my area is very bad. There is no caretaker (Gardner) for the park. The Main Gate also broken. In day time and late night unwanted peoples come to the park with the girls and start some unwanted activities. Some people also playing the gamble in the park.
In evening some people come park with wine and sit in the park and drink it. In the result of these types o[censored]nwanted activities our girls, women, our children, old age seniors citizens are not safe because they try to talk them they are abusing and fighting. Some unwanted people also comments on girls and women very badly. Some outsider also come into the park and play cricket which is not good for the grass. Light of the park is also not working, park borewell cable also cut by the thief but we all the local peoples repaired the borewell with own expenses.

We already make the written complaint in Nagar Nigam ghaziabad but there no response, So you are requested that please arrange the caretaker of Park, repair lights, Repair Main Gate, Maintain the park properly, put the new plants and stop all the unwanted activities in the park.


All over the park is unfit for the people...

near st francis school water tank has been leaking from two or three years but no one in bothered.

yes i agree. i am anita bali, staying in C Block, Shalimar Garden, Extension II, Sahibabad. This problem was conveyed to Health Officer oraly/in writing by me also but very good reply given by him to me was "stop purchasing milk from them, they will ultimately close the diary". If these higher officials are getting benefit from them then why do they will help the common man...

i m residing at 633, shaktikhand-iv, of indirapuram area.sewer which is in front of my house is choked and jamed and due to that my bathrooms and toilets are overflowing .we are unable to use the toilets and bathrooms. i have complained to nearest sewege dept located in nitikhand-ii near police choki, indirapuram on 29.03.11 it was attended but not solved and situation is same.it can be cleaned using the machine only. but till date it has not reached. pls look into the matter

Iam a resident of C Block Shalimar Garden. My house is on the Sunday Market road. The condition of the road is terribily bad and no one seems to be bothered about the condition. Condition of the road deteriated since last monsoon. After much hue & cry pebbles & rocks were spread last year. However, the condition of the road is in its worst state where you cannot even walk a step due to water logging and all the dirt around. There seems to be no one responsible for the maintainence of the roads. During election campaigns we hear so much of promises but nothing seems to happen when they come into power.

Please confirm who is responsible for the maintainence of the roads and if there is a better forum to whom we can raise if this is not the right place.

I am also the resident of C Block Shalimar Garden. My house is also on the Sunday Market Road. The condition of the road is really very worst. I am fully agree with Mr. Das that during the election companings lot of promises are there which were made by the candates, but after completion of election, no body bother even to have a look of this area.

Due to the water logging (about 1-2 feets) and spreading rocks etc, no body can walk a step, even your car is passing through with a great difficulty in this area.

I humbly request to the concern authority to please have a round in this area and resolve the problem by understanding the genuine problem of the residents.

My addressed is Secor 4A/1155 Vasundhara, Ghasiabad (UP) I am paying houe tax since allotment this flat to me by UP Avas Vikas Parishad. In other words I am an original allottee and owner of the flat. But my name has been missing from house tax register of Nagar Nigam, Vasundhara. When I got the bill only mentioned my house number not my name. Each time I go to sector -10 and interpolate the name but again I found that the bill without name. This is happeing since 2002 to till date. Pl. suggest me what can I do, so that my name can be added in the list of Nagar Nigam, Vasundhara, Ghazibad (UP).Encle.

My addressed is Secor 4A/3168, Vasundhara, Ghasiabad (UP). I am original allottee & paying house tax since allotment this flat to me by UP Avas Vikas Parishad. Upto 2008-09, House Tax Bill was sent in my name, i.e. in the name of 'Ran Vijay Singh'. But, Bill for 2009-10 to my name has been missing from house tax register of Nagar Nigam009-10, 2010-11 & 2011-12 bill has been sent in wrong name. On my documentary proof, the Tax Deposit Receipt for the year 2009-10 & 2010-11 were issued in my name. But, for the current year, i.e. 2001-12, Tax Deposit Receipt has been issused in that very wrong name, whose, name was mentioned in the bill. The concerned person told that he would issue the receipt in the name of the person, whose name was mentioned in the bill & did the same.
Though, during bill submission for the period 2009-10 & 2010-11, the person in Computer Room had corrected the name & assured me that bill for the next year i.e. for 2011-12 bill would be issued in corrected name. But, the mistake continues. Please suggest me what to do.

Hello,

I have just purchased an office place in a commercial builing, situated in Chander Nagar. Although the property has been purchased in July this year, however, as per the property tax department I'm liable to pay for evalutation tax for the year 2011-12. I think the buyer should not be burdened to pay for the entire year. Also, dont understand as to why is this evaluation happening now, whereas, the building is 20 years old and evluation was kept pending till date.

Drainage conditions of "RAJ BAGH CALONY, SAHIBABAD, GHAZIABAD, UTTAR PRADESH." Are poor then worst, sewer water are flowing back into some homes and the drains are on conditions where there is more dung in drains rather than water.
We had already complaint for this manually but no have not yet got any response .
So please look into this very basic need.

Here, for past couple of months people of Sector 1 - Vasundhara are drinking, washing, bathing by the Gutter(Sewage) water. We complained multiple times to the Nagar Nigam but nobody is listening. These guys are playing with the health of residents, children and senior citizen. I would like you to take a step and show the picture of their irresponsible behavior.

I am resident of 2B/142 , Vasundhra Ghaziabad . The sewer line of our lane keep on choking after every 2 months . We have registered number of complaint , MCD official visit and stir the choked sewer with bamboo stick and make it work .

But after 30-40 days it again start overflowing , all the filthy water is seeping onto road and creating stench .

Could you please ask you MCD officials to clean the line properly and solve the problem once for all.

I am residing at B1 block in the DLF Extn-II, Ghaziabad. Here the sewar is a major issue. There are three pumps. Power cut is also a cause of problem.
But
One day when I visit the pumps I have surprosed to see pipeline related to the pumps. There are no proper suction line and a plastic hose pipe is used for the same without reducer.

Present condition pumps are not even utilized 25% of the rated capacity.

I need to see the qualified engineer from Govt. must visit and take necessary steps

I would like to draw your attention towards some sewer nodes which are badly chocked and over flow.

Situation has become worst because the water has started to flow on streets and its has covered some of the deep pits made by Bharat Gas Pipeline project.

Living and natural environment has become very dangerous for health prospective. Water leakage is full of wastage and bad dam smell. I am pointing you toward this because no sweeper man power has been assigned for Vaishali Sector - 3.

Kindly look into this matter before situation before it enters in our homes.

Sometime back our service lane was constrcuted, two side made (NALI) due to rain and other reason the water is dump in the NALI, there is no way to clear water.

Govindpuram is suffering from sewerage blockage since past 10 years and yet no resolution is given to the repeated complaints. Neither do their website, nagarnigamghaziabad.com, allows to save the complains in the proper format, I have made several repeated complaints, latest complaints number is CMP1596. I have also called the supervisor several times but all hey can do is to provide a temporary resolution.

I am residing in h block and all the sewer water keeps on entering the house and when I complain to the supervisor all he can do is to send a vehicle and suck the water away, which gives a relief for only 2 hours, as after that again the water flows back as there is no proper exit of sewer in this colony.

Please if it an be resolved sooner it will be a great relief for us.

Also, please ask nagar nigam Ghaziabad to update their website for proper complaint's logging.

In Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad area fruit vendors have blocked the roads at several points affecting the free movment of traffic. At the Mother Dairy booth there are three fruit and vegetable shops (unauthorised). On the main road opposite A and C block of the area there are three to four vendors (permanently). Dear responcible person, The people who are in vaishali sector one are facing lot of problem for drinking water the suply is not comming at proper time its come only for 10 to 15 minuts and the water is as durty as westage water. That is true. Same thing is happening in Chander Nagar Ghaziabad. Residents of A-63 Chander Nagar (Near Surya Nagar), Ghaziabad are also doing the encroachment of the public land. They have installed their house gate on the public land and also maintaining a garden which is on the public land. If anybody try to go by that garden then they highly object the same. It seems like they are involved in some illegal activity. Having lots & lots of cash in their house as well. Having big cars
