We the flat owners of flat bearing no’s, 102, 103, 104 & 105 on the first floor, situated in M/s.Rank One Towers in premises bearing no.9-1-34, Lunger Houz, Hyderabad having purchased the same under a registered sale deeds exected by Ch.Ramakrishna Swamy and his family members presented by their Development Agreement GPA Holder M/s.Sai Abhinava Real Estates Pvt Ltd., The then land owners Ch.Ramakrishna Swamy has constructed a 10’-00” wall on the terrace and encroached the common front area meant for corridor on the first floor which is to the north of all flats and has raised a wall whereby the access from the main road to our flats has been closed and due to which there is no air circulation further seems to have let out the flat no.101 and 110 in the first floor by converting the same to commercial area as against the approved municipal plan which approved for the purpose of residential flats. As such you are hereby requested to take action against the above said person immediately which been illegally constructed by above said person other wise we will put loss and hardship.
We have to further submit that in view of the construction raised by the said land owner have obstructed the ingress and out-gress as well as circulation of air of all the inhabitants and since the above said persons played mischief as such they are liable to demolish the illegal construction in the interest of justice.

In our colony some old government bathrooms is there .nowadays nobody was using that bathrooms our childerns getting many problems like fever, skin disease . i her about thats some local builders are going to grab that bathrooms land and sapti tank. its 15 years old septi tank may be its was broken. we want a municipal ground in aur coloney no one ground is there playing for childerns .so i requested to municipal corporation of hyderbad take a serious action . . . . . . . . .

even after the collection and verification of personal details, i didnt receive my voter id card. there are many people who have the same problem. i request the officials to look into this matter.

Every Day Morning abouit 9 to 9.30 A.m One lorry parked at main road before Bawarchi Birayni at RTC Croos Road and they are loading the waste in that lorry .Becuase of that traffic jam happend every day .And They are irresponsible and they dont bother about the puiblic and that lorry occupied the main road.
Sugeestion: They can clean before 8 a.m.
Pls do the need ful.

I T G Violia residing at 1-7-510/8/C/3/A, Zamisthanpur, Musheerabad, Hyderabad -500 048 for the last 30 years.
My neighbour Gnaneshwar who is residing at 1-7-510/8/C/4, started constructing his house in the month of August 2007. He started contructing his house in 62.5 yrds. For this he has to permission from authorities or not. But he constructed Ground flooor + 2 stories and he wants to constuct the third floor. Without permisssion how many floor he can Construct? But he has no set back, and we are facing lot of problems.
He construct his bathroom adjacent to my compound wall, the bathroom water is falling into my wall. He put his pillars into my compound wall.
Now he want to make plastering adjacent to my compound wall. I did not give any permission to make plastering. He has no place to make plastering. Now they are harassing for plastering.
Right now My husband is at Kolkata on office work, myself and my mother is staying alone at my premises
Please look into the matter and do the needful
Several times we went to GHMC Circle III till today no action was taken
Once again I am requesting to look into the matter and do the needful for me
