Dear concern, this is complaint regarding two people in our organisation who have actually ditched me the name is the manager Mr Mallick Parek ([protected])and radhika ([protected]), one fine day the executive came to my office told me that she would provide the nos in a series say ([protected])thus i gave the necessary amount to her and also informed that the numbers would be confirmed to me and than only it would be activated, however to my aghast they have given me the numbers which were not as per our discussion so i callled these guys but they kept me on waiting saying today, tommrow...etc at last Mr Mallick parek told me that the necessary amount be refunded to you, but again they have sent me the bill of those numbers which has to be paid however now i have decided to go to the conbsumer cour against global direct (Vodafone) and individual cheating case against the two individuals Mallick Parek and radhika in Lower parel police station attached to joshi marg. therfore suggesting you to make the necessary action against the person an refund my money otherwise face the consequences. if any query please let me know? thanks Vikrant [protected] Was this information helpful? Its been a long time since you posted your complaint but still i would like to share my side as the Global Direct people are getting more and more bolder and go about cheating people even now. Its very sad that they, the global direct people are going about their business of cheating innocent people since a long time. Recently one of their executives visited our home and offered an attractive plan i immediately went for two connections for which submitted photographs and also copies other documents alongwith a cheque of Rs. 700/-, within two days the amount was deducted from my account. its almost a month but no sign of the sim cards which they were supposed to send through courier to our residential address. Tried calling them number of times but it seems l am wasting my money on the calls and also time and energy. After searching on the net (goggle search engine) i found numerous complaints against them. It is unfortunate that so many people have been cheated but non of them taken stern action against them which has made Global Direct more bolder and not just the company but even their employees have being professional cheats.
