I HAVE PURCHASE ONE GODREJ SEMI AUTOMATIC WASHING SET GWS7002 FROM GREAT EASTERN TRADING CO. ON 31/05/2011 VIDE CASH MEMO NUMBER C/02318/11-12 DT.31/05/2011. MATERIAL WAS DELIVERED ON 02/06/2011 AND A PERSON CAME FROM COMPANY ON 6/6/11 FOR DEMO AND FOUND THAT MACHINE DELIVER BY GREAT EASTERN TRADING CO. WAS DEFECTIVE AND ADVICE FOR REPLACEMENT. BUT AFTER THAT THIER WAS NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY SERVICE CENTER NOR GREAT EASTERN TRADING CO, EVEN THEY ARE NOT TAKING CALL FROM ME. PLEASE ADVICE. Was this information helpful? | |||

The dealer should be sacked. If the pulbic knew of this dealer name in the internet complaining of his poor attitude and poor service quality, then he will have to close down very soon. It's just matter of time this will happen.

Godrej — i found the refrigirator defected at lower part
i had bought a godrej refrigirator omode EDGE 19B1

on 20/05/09 from GUPTA TRADES AGENCIES SADAR BAZAR MAINPURI and when i open in it my home i got the fridge defected at lower end on its body and when i complains him to replace it then he simply refused to replace and uses a very bad language as earlier he said tht you got 10 years replacement warranty on body. so i request u to do some serious actions against this dealer i will be very gladful to u.
Godrej & Boyce/ Refrigerator — Defective Machine
I have purchased a Refrigerator having model no. GODREJ GFE 35DZ SW/330 LTR REF- ORCHID STEEL on[protected] from Great Eastern Appliance Pvt. Ltd vide Tax Cash memo no. TG/CM/05001/10-11 which is scheduled to be delivered on[protected]. But the same was delivered on[protected] but the demo was given on[protected] after lodging complaint several times. Surprisingly, on opening of the cartoon it was found that the machine is bended on the left side lower part.The attending technician informed that the machine will be replaced.Accordingly, the Godrej customer care office was contacted but till today no positive action is taken.Please arrange for immediate action.
