Well you have to be very careful on how you go about getting loan from fake lenders. I was in your kind of situation before and i got scammed by some fools.
I was ripped of my 2, 500 Usd untill i met a better financial company in, who was able to help me out with a loan. Though their interest is a little bit high but fair. their e-mail use to be [protected]@gmail.com. try if you can still get them here.
If you are able to get them, tell them that it was the secretary of black movement association Uk that reffered you to them.
