Broadband — Reverse result
Sir,After lodging complain a few days ago about the average slow speed of my Broadband connection, I have started thinking that BSNL would take proper action to rectify the defect.But today ie on 23.05.08 at 8.05 pm Ifound that the the speed has been remarkably decreased at 26.80 kbps.I am unable to express my feelings in language against BSNL's reverse sweep action.May God bless them.

Broadband — mental irritation by company
Dear Sir,This is to bring to your kind notice that I had taken sify broadband connection a few months back and all things were going ok but from last 2 months the company is continuosly giving me unnecessary calls regarding services(sometimes they say that some virus sort of thing is spreading by your computer or something like that), the distributor (Universal cable, Lko)also send one of its guy regarding this matter and today i have recieved call from company in evening that my id will be blocked.Now when I have recharged my account they are unnecessarily irritating me.So kindly look into the matter so that i may feel relax.

I had purchased gtpl broadband before almost two months and after a month of connection cable got damaged, hence connection is frequently being lost and I cannot use internet countinuously. sometimes connection gets lost for a long period.

Broadband — bad service
Dear Sir,last month we took a airtel broadband conection, number was 4382608, but after some time we knew that this number is already alloted to another persone. Then we complaint in airtel costemer care and we got a another number, number was 4372608 but this number is still dead. After that we complaint again in your costemer care but there is no reply, nobody is taking it seriously, and from last one and half month our company is facing many problems. so plz advice what should we do. And please take some action urgently.
