I Mr. Snehasish Das residing at 50 Masjid Bari Street Kolkata 700 006, I have applied a set top box to my local Cable operator Mr. Bijoy Shaw. He brings a set top box to my aforesaid address within 1 week for Rs 1000/-. After installation I have observed that the box have some internal problem. The problem is in this box is it switched off automatic when a program is running. I informe to my local cable operator but they didn't give any response. Now I am helpless. I feel I was cheated by your company. Now I want to replace my set top box as early as possible. I request you that please look into this matter. I hope you should take some steps about this matter. Pleasr do the needfull.

Now as per your new notifications about digital cable connection we want to use Set Top Box soon as possible.. But our local GTPL cable distributor give us on very high price instead of your original price. I have seen that in many areas of Ahmedabad city which easily available in Rs. 1000/- or less.. So, I request you to provide us Set Top Box in same rate which your Company exactly decided.

I, Tanushree Ghosh, one of the Users of GTPL HD. I can not see the few channels like Colors channel, Disney channel, Hungama etc from Sunday to till. There is showing on TV screen the Service is currently scrambled & DC India needs authorization key. I informed to our local cablewala they are replying that satelite problem and it will remain few days. But I think they are just fooling us. Please do something. My GTPL Pincode area - 54242. I am Dhaval from Bharuch. I live in Patel Society and I want a new cable connection of GTPL so I call the cable operator (Satishbhai and one technician guy) to visit our location. After that day to next 3week many times they are least concern to receive my call and when they receive the call their response is not positive. Finally getting fed-up with this I visited their office and ask for the new cable connection. The technician suddenly came there and shouting like anything. He doesn’t have any sense how to deal with customers. Somehow I manage myself to be cool and silent still he is rude with words. He said that your House is too far so we can’t give you the connection. I am not getting that my neighbors have the connection than why he is saying so. I said the home opposite to us also got the connection. The distance will be around 100-150ft. I am ready to pay the extra wire charges and other stuff than what is the problem? Again and again they are saying that you don’t get the clear picture quality and half of the channel. My question is I am not the one whose distance is somewhat long. People got the connection although their homes are much far. Please someone looks in to the matter and do the needful ASAP.

My Name is shyam jeswani i am from sardarnagar(ahmedabad)my mobile number is 91+[protected] i booked a set box on dated 29.05.2013 and same set box had been installed on 01.06.2013 wide my GTPL account Number:2263597 it a registered to my Mother's name after few days of installation a set box was not working properly. i imediate contact my cable opertor he gave a toll free number of GTPL customer service([protected]) i called them continuesly after 2 days i contect them i and register my complaint so after 2-3 days cable operator sovle the problem.Again on 16.06.2013 (sunday evening) sudenly set top box was not working properly and it was indicating a message(your system is getting upgraded plsease do not power off) we wait till 2-3 hours for resolve it but the error shows continuesly so we called at above said customer care number after a long time a executive attend me and gave me assurance wait for 8-10 hours for resolve the problem.Second day around :12 O'clock we called again for our problem is still unresolved after that executive has noted our complaint wide compalin number is 90298 Dt.17:06:2013 after 2-3 days we contact to customer service number but they gave me assurance that your problem would be solved within 24-48 hours 2-3 days our problem was unresolved.finaly we return back our set top box to our cable operator his name is Mr Prakash Taleraja and his contact number([protected]) my cable opertor is not helping us he is never reply properly he is never attending our phone some times he is not open the door for listen our complain. finaly yester night(25.06.2013) i went his home ragarding our set top box but he is shouting on us we are very disturbed pls help us my problem is unresolved

I pay Rs 1500 and get GTPL's set up box but no body give its receipt and not collect the form of
it. SInce last 3 months and me and my family not able to see any channel. We call land line and
mobile of respective person but nobody respond us they come only for collect the monthly rental.
Many people are facing lots of problem but no body there to heard and no office venue at Chandkheda.
If no body solve my problem within a week a make complain at customer forum.
Please solve my problem.

Not very bad here is no service from GTPL at Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

My cable operator(SALIMBHA- MOB-[protected])say to me for purchase Set-top box, he had collect Rs.1700 advance from me, after few days he supply Cisco brand Box(collaboration with GTPL)packing set-top box for me, after some day he had visit my house for fitting set-top box, He said, your cable may damage, and he collect Rs.300 from me for new cable, however, not satisfied work. After two days set-top power light suddenly blink continuously, and not start. After one week he received my call, and listen my complain, he say I am not responsible for this, and no guaranty from Cisco company, you can repair or throw your self.

Our operator is very rude to talk, no sence how to talk with customer. And after not hearing complain on phone when we are giving an application to discontinue his service because of above reason, just not receiving an application, he destroy that application and throw it outside. This people are very dangerous for our society. They operating their service in shyamal area, satellite area, as nilam soni, c/o. Mr pin akin soni.

So we don't want his service for GTPL cable service.
So please provide us any other operator to continue your Gtpl service. I hope you can understand the situation.
And take further steps against this guy.

I have a Gtpl Settop Box for more than 1 year and there are lots of Channels which are not using and not coming like Animaxm, etc...

my problem is how to block Channel on Gtpl Settop Box. i have alreday talk with my cablewala but he reply i don't know how to block and unblock channel in settop box.

i request to u again kindly Educate to our Cablewala... and please give answer how to block and unblock Channels in GTPL SETTOP BOX.

i have allready one setup box. but due to any reason it is not working. i am living in vadodara. what is cost of setup box.

before 1 year i had a cable connection of gtpl. the cablewala gave me a set top box of gtpl at that time for Rs. 1000/-. but after 2 months because of some problems of gtpl and my cablewala he changed our cable company as INCABLENET and gave us a set top box of in cable. now 1 month ago i have shifted my residence and at my new residence there is a cable connection of gtpl. now my new cable wala or the gtpl company are refusing to gave me a set top box of gtpl in exchange of in cable sex top box. am i supposed to pay again Rs. 1000/- for a new set top box. kindly help me in this matter.
