What is the price of HD setup box operator are demanding high price in 2000 rs for SD setup box

Already I have GTPL setup box, now I shifted Vadodara to Morbi can I transfer?? If yes, please tell me how much charge of transfer. Please I am waiting for your response.

I live in Ahmedabad last year and connection gtpl and buy gtpl box, but now I live in my home near nadiad, so my setbox not working, operator not respond any service he told buy new box, so what can I do my old box registration??

GTPL Cable connection

I have paid 2000 rs to GTPL service person in my bapunagar area-ahmedabad 20 days ago for new connection. still he yet not installed and provide me a GTPL cable connection. I call him 1000 times mostly his phone remains switchoff and if it is swith on then he never pick phone at all. I even tried from different number as well. if he pick the phone he always make an excuse and said my registration boy is not available, I am busy or I am not available. He also said me that I comes at office after 10:30 PM. I also visited his office may times but i never found him at office even at once. After so many follow us he set me a cable connection but STB registration is pending since 3 days. Now tell me what should I do?

I think he is not interested to make a new GTPL cable customers or expanding or doing the business. He is so careless person i have ever seen.

Please GTPL help me.

Broadband not work properly last 6 months

Respected sir, my broadband connection User id;mukesh143 is not work properly last 6 months.i have to many complains jn u r custmore care but i have no get result.sir please requst to do fast

before 1 year i had a cable connectionof gtpl.the chandkheda ahmedabad gave me a set top box at that time for rs 1000 but after 10 months al zee channel have closed .i am ask my money is refund but my money is not refund
