[Resolved]  Hathway Cable TV — setup box Problem

I have purchased one set top box from cable network provider which is Hathaway's C9000 model,
1. most off the time set-top box gets hang, then we need to remove the power cable & restart again to get the problem solve
2.electronic programme guide does not work & it shows ( no information available) .
3.we are not getting the dual audio selection option in all channels that provides this facility.
4.audio level variance is very high in some channels. there is no standardisation in broadcasted channels.
i informed these problem to our cable person but he is not helping, according to him all these problem are not is his area of work( he handle only wire & signal based problem )
