I ASK HDFC BANKER THEY SAY TRANSATION IS COMPLETE OR NOT THIS NO MATTER IF STATMENT IS SHOWING CHARGE IN YOUR CARD IS PROO[censored] WILL DONE THIS I ASK BANKER IF I PURCHASED GO AIR TICKET SHOW ME AIR TICKET WHICH SEAT OR ANY PROOF. The refund of Rs.697/- for the transaction tried by you under reference no.[protected]
which has failed and later found that the payment has been debited to your
account has been credited to your account on 11-Dec-2008.
We suggest you to please retry the transaction, if not booked already.
The booked tickets history can be checked to view the list of all tickets
booked by you.

my credit card no. 4346 xxxx xxxx 9391. only once i booked the ticket on 11th . but u make a bill even though they will refund back. fault is in yours or in railways .reply me quikly.

Sir,
I am having my Savings Bank, Current A/c, holding locker and the above credit card.
I received a letter from your bank, saying that a sum of Rs.5703.00 is lying outstanding for non-payment of the earlier bill. I sent a mail to this effect on 8.7.09 and expressed my grievances. It seems that bank is reluctant to attend my letter thus sending another letter dt.6.7.09, pressurising on me to pay the amount. They also mentioned in the above letter that they will be forced to take disciplinary action for such non-payment. I am at a loss to understand as to what made the bank to claim the amount unscrupulously. Has it been the regular practice of the bank to claim unauthorised amount from its customers? It is to be noted that I shall close all my association with the bank by not paying a single paisa. I am mentally tremendous disturbed for such letters and phone calls (which they are making at a regular intervals). Hope you understand my world.

This month i got bajaj allianz medical policy from hdfc on the behalf of name of Rahul Sharma for Approx 1800Rs and the monthly emi, policy charges are included in my bill statement. i did not make any request for medical policy.After recieving the policy i went to your hdfc feroz gandhi market ludhiana and they told me to talk with customer care then i called to customer care two times and they told me that they will reply within two days but now its more than one week
