[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Personal Loan — Rejection of approval

ICICI — loan

I have taken a personal loan from ICICI Bank in 2007. Initially i was regular in paying my EMI's, after some time i lost my job and i missed some emis. In oct 2009,i got a call from one of the manager and he told that he will foreclose the loan with 60000. Then i agreed and i asked my friend to give my money to close the loan, my friend has given me cheque. Now the bank people has deducted 40000 before realising the cheque and when i asked them they told that they have recoverd for the loan. But i told that i was already in discussion with other manager to foreclose the account. They were not in a position to hear me or to help me. I was roaming around the bank for 2 months.That money was added to the principal amount and now i am still left witht he debt of 80000.
I would have closed the acount decently if they have cooperated with me,. but they were very rude.

I still dont understand how can they blcok the amount even befoer realising the cheque.

Now can you pleae suggest me what to do

HDFC Personal Loan — still no processing on documents receiving

dear sir,

i have applied for personal loan through net & i got call from hdfc customer care ( chennai ) regarding documents collection but more than 15 days, no one came for document collection.... , i need help from you for that. application no. is : [protected].

5 years Back I have Taken a Car loan from HDFC. After 60 months of EMI and the loan cleared HDFC sent out 4000 INR against late payment charges occurred 2 years Back.

My pre approved loan have not beet sanction please advice my ref no. is 18476990................ what;s going on......... i have submitted all of my documents properly then why delay........ as they told me it will not take more that 4 days but its more then 2 week.. what is this??????????? look into this matter..... as HDFC bank is renowned bank........ dont let it down...

My Dad (Late) Ramanuja Iyengar S. had taken Home loan, which he cleared but not taken the documents which, he mortgaged while taking the loan.
I went several time to Kastuba Branch Bangalore, Got no responce to my concern.
They said They Searched the Documents several times, and stated that lost the documents,
When I wrote mail to Naveen, HDFC bank the reply I got is My dad taken back the documents in 1991-92. Since 1990 He was Bed ridden, under treatment of Dialysis. I was taking care of him and was looking after all his financial and other realted things.
When I asked aucknowledgement for the same there is No reply from Naveen.

I am Datta, I had taken the mediclaim policy from icici lombard & the EMI for policy to be paid through icici bank credit card.
I had informed to customer care to cancelled my policy in the month of aug 2011, but they did not informed the concerned dept which is not my fault, & they continue the policy & asking me to pay for it. for Information my credit card expired in the year 2010 & how the amount is showing pending on my card. I dont understand this. this is cheating by the icici bank & nothing else i am not a defaulter.

Good Morning !!!

I hereby would like to complaint that my personal loan file got rejected twice and again this time got a sms that my file is accepted and please quote Ref. No. 22863425 for any status update but due to my External Reason (Bike Loan) going on from the year March 2010 wherein cleared all dues till date with that paying advance EMI's from July 2012. They also told that Internal Reason (Credit Card) and made a payment of INR 25, 000 from March 2012 with a credit limit of INR 3, 000 till date would like to know how these reasons are justifying for rejecting my Personal Loan file again.

Will look forward for a revert on the same.

HDFC BANK sent the sms like that-"congratulations! Your completed Personal Loan app is now accepted"
But within 24hr the executive informed that I have a due payment of
Rs. 1, 20, 000/- as per C No.[protected] as on date 12th May, 2004. I have not taken any such loan.
