HDFC BANK sent the sms like that-"congratulations! Your completed Personal Loan app is now accepted.Pls quote ref no.14858886 for any status update- " But within 24hr the executive informed thet there are some civil regarding the previous consumer loan from ICICI BANK, which is already paidup... i want the explanation regarding that matter... my name is Naga Rambabu from Vijayawada, AndhraPradesh.
sir i am applied personal loan in hdfc bank at vijayawada.and bank representative collected all details and support papers(documents) from me.
But verification dept person...
verification dept person : not done any verification and he was simply met budameru katta.this area 2km of my House.and he was collected Xerox copy of D.L. and my photograph.but he was not done my house verification and my office verfication.simply came and collected documents in that area.this area distance is 2km of my House.he was demand money i am not given because i am given correct details.
but he was given result.
i am not live in this address.how it is possible.he was not done any verification of my house adress and office adress.please take the action.this is my request.because may be he was done this type of verification in past but future people will think bad abouthdfc bank.
so sir this is my honest request.because i am given details with honestly but he was given wrong feedback to bank without not done any verification.and he was demand money.
because of this person i am lose my personal loan in hdfc bank.but i will get Personal Loan another bank no problem.because of this person its going back.

even when ever i am applying for personal loan its getting canceled due to my name is in Civil in HDFC bank,
kindly please help me for this and kindly cancel my name in civil list, and help me to get personal loan or any other loan as there is no fault in my side.

My self Rajkumar Sharma I applied Person loan, the bank people used to says us, all the transaction and documents is correct but only your name is in civil. I do not know why they have put my name into the civil. When all my credit card and also personal loan transaction statement are fine and there is no overdue and i have asked to customer care dept. but he says i don't know why your account are in civil.

Same happened to me. Foolish bank rejecting my personal loan after sending approval sms and email.
Hi sir, few days ago I have applied for personal loan ..and my all the document will be clear from my side .but after verification done my application is rejected Hdfc bank .the reason is show - 1 and low residence ..why it happened against documentation and verification clear by my side .my application no[protected]. I have taken education loan for engineering, just 6 months back i completed my course and started going to work, education loan they have given time to pay, meanwhile i have applied for personal loan in HDFC but they are telling that my name is in cibil. how could it get into cibil when even i have not yet started paying education loan. Bank also till now has not given any information to pay the emi for education loan. please answer me for this question

**Loan rejected- HDFC Bank**
I have applied for credit card which is two months for new organization. So they rejected credit card stating like min three should current organization.
Later after 7 month i applied for Personal it has been rejected stating with old credit cards comments. They are not done verification, simply refer old database & closing case. They updated again CIBIL that has rejected.
