[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Standard Life Insurance Company — Insurance subscribed without any confirmation

Respected Sir/Madam,

This has reference ( receipt no; AYG05482 and client Id;[protected] to the communication received from HDFC Standard life insurance company limited.

The prescribed policy; HDFCSL classic assure have been subscribed without my confirmation. The amount of rs 30000 have been credited to my credit card ( card no;[protected]). It is very disappointing that there is no proper response from both the customer care professionals. It is very frustrating and painful about the poor response given by them. Kindly look into the problem and take necessary actions.
