hi, IM ARIVAZHAGAN C MY ACCOUNT NO:12668201 INFORM REGARDING THE TWO WHEELER LOAN, I HAVE TAKEN A LOAN LAST 2YEAR'S AND ALL EMI LOAN HAS BEEN CLEARED BY ME ON DATE EXCEPT TWO CHEQUE BOUNQUE CHARGES . WHICH DONE BY UR SALES EXECUTIVE WRONGLY UPDATED MY ADDRESS DEATIALS IN MYCAF. AFTER THAT I INFORMED THE SAME TO NEARER HDFC BANK WITH MR. SENTHIL COLLECTION MANAGER-[protected], THEY SAID WE WILL PASS WAIVER SOON, AFTER 4MONTHS ONCE AGAIN I HAVE COMPLAINT TO ANOTHER COLLECTION MANAGER MR. SENTHIL-[protected], TILL NOW THERE IS NO REVERT FOR MY ISSUE AND WAIVER PROCESS ALSO NOT DONE.. IS THERE ANY MORE PERSON AVAILABLE TO MAKE COMPLAINT BOTH EMPLOYEES.

Under your bank with hypothecated for my vehicle on 22/06/2005 and my loan had fully completed on 05/06/2007 with out any fail .And we issued my cheques from the account no.,[protected] named as SRE SARATHADHEVI CHEMICAL.

I had already given my request letter in your premises, but yet we had not received our NOC for my vehicle. I had asked via phone banking also, but I have no response for my request .I need a good response for my NOC for my vehicle. This is Satish Paltankar from Hubli i have taken a two wheeler loan for Tvs Apache in the April 2007, (Loan Agreement No.[protected] and i have cleared the all EMI's regularly, and hypothication closed in the april 2009, but till date i have not received my Regestration book, Key.Noc etc.my vehicle Number KA25-Y-8646

i'm a vehicle insurance company manager. and since i was almost forced i had to take a loan through HDFC bank ltd. loan. My loan tenure got over in 2009. Since then, i've been trying to track down the company to get the NOC from them but i was told that the offices are closed and no further information was available.

So finally i'm left with no choice but to get in touch with the consumer court as this charade has already been going on for too long. I'm mentally drained out due to the untiring pursuit of the NOC.

The vehicle information is as follows:

Two Wheeler Loan — Non Issuance of NOC

Good Evening

I have been sanctioned a Two Weeler Loan in the month of November`08 from ICICI Bank Two Weeler Loans. Loan Account No. is LTCHD[protected]. My all Installments got cleared but they made an objection that my last installment got bounced but when I have checked my Personal Account from where ECS was hitting from ICICI Bank side, the balance was available. but for the NOC I have paid the Bounce charge and Installment but now when I talked to their customer care at Mumbai they told me that we can not issue you the NOC because their is some due payment in that. I have paid the installment with bounce charges even though their was no fault my side....
I need your help in this issue to clear the matter.
