HI THIS IS S SURESH INFORM REGARDING THE TWO WHEELER LOAN I HAVE TAKEN A LOAN LAST 2YEAR'S BACK WITH HDFC BANK IN BANGAORE ALL EMI LOAN HAS BEEN CLEARED AND THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY NOC OR LOAN CLEARED CERTIFICATE WHEN WE ASKED THE BANK PEOPLE THEY SAY'S THERE IS 2 ECS BOUNCE CHARGES HAS TO PAY SO UNLESS CLEAR THESE AMOUNT WE CANNOT GIVE U A NOC OF COURSE I HAVE CLEARED ALL THE AMOUNT OF EMI AFTER BOUNCEING THE ECS WITHIN A WEEK 'S HOW CAN IT BE A AMOUNT OF RUPEES 1200 HAS PAY SINCE I HAVE PAYED THE SAME AMOUNT WITHIN A WEEK IAM NOT UNDER STANDING THESE STEPS BECAUSE ONCE CUSTOMER CLEARED THE LOAN THERE DUTY IS TO CLEAR THE NOC PLS LET ME KNOW THE REAL FACTS WETHER I HAVE TO PAY CHARGES WHAT THANKS REGARD S S SURESH BANGALORE Was this information helpful? | |

HDFC Bank — Wrongly charged
Dear Sir,We have taken a Cash on Loan of Rs.35000/- from HDFC Bank on 9th Dec'2011 and we have recd chq & acknowledgment copy from HDFC Bank in that they have clearly written that your monthly EMI is 3206.80....
But we have recd 1st installment statement from HDFC Bank, in that they have charges agreed EMI 3206.80 with Services tax & edu cess of Rs.53.71
When we have speaked with they clearly told that its mandatory for all but my question is that if acknowledgment receipt they clearly mentioned month EMI 3206.80 than why charges extra charges of Rs.53.71 in our account every month....
So please take some necessary action on above matter & hope that HDFC Bank will reverse that charges asap without any further excuse ......

Hi, i am sanjay kumar from delhi, I had purchased a hero honda glamour bike in 2008 through HDFC loan. I have paid my all EMI and dues and also cheque bounce charges. After that i have received a letter from HDFC bank that my two wheeler loan has full and final settlement and they will delivered NOC and other relevant documents to me.
After 2 year later they have sent me a notice letter that my loan account is showing an overdue for Rs.2423.00 towards cheque bounce charges and later payment fee. And also they did hold my amount of rupees 2423.00 in my HDFC salary account. But i have already paid all EMI and cheque bounce charges.
After that, i have submitted a complaint against for it to HDFC bank and also received a call from Mr. Vikram HDFC bank which telephone number is[protected] and i tell him to all situation and also tell him that letter which i did received from HDFC bank for full and final settlement of my loan. They demand me that full settlement letter so i have forward to them a scan copy of that letter.
But i did not received any response and call for it and they have direct deducted my amount of rupees 2423.00 from my HDFC bank account.
So please take a strong legal action on HDFC bank for it.

If party paid all the EMI, then it should be duty of the bank to call the party & give him NOC.
In other case if any EMI cheque has bounced then bank chase the party so many times, but at the time of NOC party does not get any call or information that pl. collect your NOC.
I think the top management of renowned HDFC bank should be think over it.

I taken the bike loan last 2year back my bike no.TN09BM8726, Still my bike loan is going to hdfc(i need clear 2 dues), Past 2 weeks, i got a call form HDFC bank call centre person, he said my cheque bounce charge is 4700/- when i got a loan, no one informed my ECS is not clear, after 2 month hdfc collection excustive called, ECS has been problem, can i come & collect the money Rs.2316/- than person came my office and collected the money..continusely same process gone 3 month, ECS clearification is HDFC duty how i know its signature mismatch that 's what collection executive called, even i didn't received single call from hdfc call centre about this.after given the complain about this only collection executive came and collected my singnature the signature mismatch application, we trust bank loans that's what every one take loans form bank, kindly give cheque bounce record, kindly revert about this complain .
