HI THIS IS S SURESH INFORM REGARDING THE TWO WHEELER LOAN I HAVE TAKEN A LOAN LAST 2YEAR'S BACK WITH HDFC BANK IN BANGAORE ALL EMI LOAN HAS BEEN CLEARED AND THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ANY NOC OR LOAN CLEARED CERTIFICATE WHEN WE ASKED THE BANK PEOPLE THEY SAY'S THERE IS 2 ECS BOUNCE CHARGES HAS TO PAY SO UNLESS CLEAR THESE AMOUNT WE CANNOT GIVE U A NOC OF COURSE I HAVE CLEARED ALL THE AMOUNT OF EMI AFTER BOUNCEING THE ECS WITHIN A WEEK 'S HOW CAN IT BE A AMOUNT OF RUPEES 1200 HAS PAY SINCE I HAVE PAYED THE SAME AMOUNT WITHIN A WEEK IAM NOT UNDER STANDING THESE STEPS BECAUSE ONCE CUSTOMER CLEARED THE LOAN THERE DUTY IS TO CLEAR THE NOC PLS LET ME KNOW THE REAL FACTS WETHER I HAVE TO PAY CHARGES WHAT THANKS REGARD S S SURESH BANGALORE Was this information helpful? | |

Ref HDFC Two wheeler a/c no. 91083030.
In the year of 2006, I had taken 3years installments loan for my bike from the “centurion bank of Punjab”.
After 2 years, in the year of 2008. I have completed my remaining outstanding to
bank collection agent Mr. Sandip Das.
I have given cash payment to the said bank agent because my bank account was closed. I have all document of closer.
Right now, HDFC claimed that he had not received my payment and also bad report updated in CIBIL.
Please check my CIBIL profile except this case; I had not taken any loan in my life.
Please close the same, if any documents (payment receipt) required I will provide to you.

I had completed my two wheeler account on 2012 loan account no.17640643. One ECS bounce due to Bank mistake that day i have a balance but my ECS did not place next day i asked from bank and submitted letter in bank but no response next three months, So i did not pay last due for that reason but bank giving trouble so i paid my last due with penalty but they asked previous bounce penalty with interest. So i will given letter for that problem in that bank branch (SALEM NEW BUSSTAND HDFC TWOWHEELER BRANCH) But they did not give my NOC Still now
i tried to get my NOC Many time but there is no response.

I had posted complaint before 5 minutes regarding my NOC mentioned bank HDFC BANK ECS department not my Savings account bank name. I indicated to HDFC Bank two wheeler section only HDFC Bank only not responsible mistakes not in my SB account holding bank.

I am customer of centurion bank in 2006.I take vechile loan vechile no ap 07 ak 1006.I have completed my payments.but I not take noc.
I will meet hdfc bank I asked my noc they asked some amount why I have paing amount I already clear loan amount.I goto consumer's court and settle the amount.

Dear sir my name is indu upadhyay i got the two wheeler loan from hdfc bank in 2005 but i dont received the noc till date. When i contact to the ratlam branch they told me we dispach the noc earlear if you require the NOC you have to pay 500 rs. So my complaint is i didnt received the noc till date kindly issue the noc my loan a.c no is 2216763. Bike no. Mp43ma136.

So pls frnds do not take a loan on hdfc bank...
