when i trying to activation by activation code then i take a massage ;-switch to kaspersky internet security is impossible. why?

I am a regular customer of Royal Stag ( Barrel Select ) brand. But I feel now a days, the manufacturing people compromising with the quality. Today I purchased a bottle from JORHAT ( Assam ), but the quality is not good as per previous one.

Today I received PCI SOUND CARD 4 CGANNEL Order ID : OD[protected] received intact. After fixing in system & included CD try to set up but Windows 10 not support after that try to install windows 8 which vanish my sound speakers icon. Try to found drivers for Windows 10 but not get success. Finally uninstall windows 8 drivers & get speaker icon.
My request is replace with any card who support Windows 10.
