dear sir, I had purchased a compaq Pressario C-700 notebook on 03-11-07 from vidisha(m.p.). I had came to know about the "HP Pavilion - Compaq Pressario Notebook - Free Hauppage TV Tuner" Offer from the website of company & also from newspaper advertsisements. I had got registered for the offer on 15-11-07 on the company's website and my redemption code is 3PWPY7KHJV. I had send the company all documents, which the company stated in its web page for claiming the offer.I had also recived a mail dated 12-01-08 confirming recipt of claim having - Ref. ID - 419810 from the company.T stated that my gift would be sent to me within 6-8 weeks. but until now I had not recived any other correspondance from the company about status of my claim. I had also mailed twice to company for knowing status of my claim.But I had not recived any response from company. HP Pavillion — NON ATTENDING OF COMPLAINT

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A HP PAVILLION IN MUMBAI FROM A AUTHORISED DISTRIBUTOR .JUST AFTER 3 MONTHS OF PURCHASE THE MONITOR TURN FAULTY AND ITS IN BUILT SPEAKER WERE NOT WORKING. I HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAINT WITH THE HP . BUT SINCE LAST 2 MONTHS THEY ARE JUST GIVING ASSURANCES ABOUT REPLACEMENT BUT NOT REPLACING SAYING THEY DONT HAVE SPARE AND IT WILL TAKE TIME.I DONT UNDERSTAAND SUCH A RENOWNED XOMPANY DONT HAVE SPARES.

i had sent all the documents alongwith the DEMAND DRAFT but still not got my free gift Kodak digital camera. After one month of sending I contacted to HP Redemption cell they said that they got all the documents but now when i contacted a lady representative told me that there is no documents with them. What a ridiculus thing! please try to resolve the thing or I would take some legal action. Thank you.

i bought a hp pavillion laptop on 10th february, 2009 from UNITEL, ASANSOL.A free gift is due to be given to me as per the offer given by the company. but till date i have not received the said gift i.e a digital camera.I hope some measures will be taken soon to ensure that i receive my due gift.

i have purchased a compaq notebook pc on the last week of january. compaq have promised a gift of a kodak digital camera on sending a demand draft of Rs.1299 as shipping charges.accordingly i sent the draft and my gift is approved on 4th march as displayed on their site.according to the terms they were to send me the gift within the next 4 weeks.but i have not received the gift as yet.in spite of several attempts of contact i have not received any concrete reply from compaq.
