I wanted to take new gas connection. i wanted to take only cylender, since i have already stove. But the agent told that we have to purchase compulsarily stove with cylender and the total cost is Rs.5500/-. When i asked the other agent, the total cost is Rs.4500/-. I dont not where i have to go & i want only new connection with cylender without stove. Give me the guidance

I have shifted from Mumbai to pune. I am looking for new gas connection but in all the gas agency (HP, BP, Indan) i am getting the same answer, that OUT OF STOCK.

Mumbai connection is being used my Mummy and Dady.

I have 4 month of baby & we are facing problem to even feed her as there is no alternate way to warm the milk too..

we are really facing a lot of problem for our food. as every day we are having our entire meal (Breakfast, lunch& dinner) in hotel. Which is causing a lot of expense.

Please suggest what to do on priority???

I hav applied for new conection in HPCL TARINI GAS AGECIES, Sambalpur, Orissa, since Aug' 08. They have given me a serial no. ie.42.
I have visited them atleast 50 to 60 times & they have a new story every time andasked to come next month. Inbeetween 16 months has gone. This realy frustating me. What should I do solve this problem.

As and when refill is to be got booked on phone it is very difficult to do so, as the landline number usually rather all the time remains busy for the reasons best known to M/S Amarson GAS SERVICE. U can try it to confirm at any time, by ringing the land line number of said dealer of your company.

Secondly there is no surety within how much time they are to deliver the refill as home delivery.

Thirdly I want to get the connection transferred to another dealer whose office is just at a distance of 5 houses in between, whereas the premises of Amarsons Gas Service is at a distance of about 3/4 KM. So please write me the formalities to be performed on my part.

With the new system of online booking of HP Gas booking we all feel very inconvenience with the delivery of the cylender on time and response and behavour of the DIVYAJYOTI GAS AGENCY, EAST VINOD NAGAR PH:22779757. Now it has been a routine/ Daily problems facing counter by the customers. I think online booking and delivery should be faster than before .
