we have booked at your ROHA franchisee.

but now we submited all documents & Money as well still after 1 month we did not recived delivery of the cilynder. My Mother facing so much problem because of loos service.

this not axeptable from HP organition.

i applied new connection of H.P Gas in SURAT GUJRAT but they are not taking interest. i submeted all document they told me that i have pay Rs 4200 i told ok.but still i have problem .sir i want urgent new connection.what i do for this

Already gas connection in home.I want online Registration for Gas .how to get new connection in home

I WENT TO THE "M/S BARRACKPORE GAS SERVICE", BARRACKPORE, KOLKATA-700122, WB., FOR A NEW GAS CONNECTION. BUT THE STAFF PRESENT TOLD ME TO BRING RS. 4200/ OR RS.5200/ DEPENDING ON THE GAS OVEN APART FROM DOCUMENTARY PROOFS. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE RECEIPT, BUT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE. RECEIPT EXCLUDING OVEN PRICE WOULD BE GIVEN ONLY. OTHERWISE NO CONNECTION WOULD BE GIVEN.

THEY EVEN DID'T BOTHER IF I LODGE COMPLAINT.

My Name is Arvind singh I am repoter from bali dist. pali i am using HP Gas for Cooking, I was Staying in bali Pali. Receintly i have shifted to sado ka vas my gas agent hp GAS Distrubutor, say we cannot supply you gas on that location, as there is no unit over there and he is asking me to shift my Distrubuting Agent; but i do not know where to go as i have enquired all the HP Gas agent near by my location no one is ready to give me there

Please suggest me what to Do? at present i am having my gas refilled but once it is finised i will be in great problme i am not even havng any kerosin so that i can use that. Only way for me would be to stop Using Gas and start using the Electricity for cooking.

Please do let me know ur Comments.

I contacted at your Baidyabati, Hooghly, West Bengal outlet from where I have been told while getting new connection it is mandatory to purchase gas stove from the outlet in question. It was also told that this procedure is the package deal of HP.

But I have been told that it is mandatory to purchase gas stove from the outlet otherwise the connection can not be allowed. It was also told that the procedure is the package of HP itself and they are helpless in this regard.
