[Resolved] Hp Gas — Late-No delivery of Gas cylinders even after requisite booking process

On 2nd June I have booked my HP gas cylinder. I did not get the delivery of the gas cylinder even after 5 days of my booking. On recalling the service providers, they provided me with the info(instead of their slot of requisite service) that my cylinder has already been delivered by 5th june. But i still did not get my cylinder (Date-16.06.2013, Time- 10.32 AM).

For registering my complaint, when i called my service providers now, they are asking for re-booking of my cylinders, and no lobby of filing complaints were there. I am terribly annoyed and irritated by HP service providers as this is not the first time of this irritating mishap.
There appears to very deep-routed corruption and fraudulent activities in booking-handling-delivering of HP Gas cylinders.

I expect highest authority to look at this matter expeditiously on above revert.

HP Gas — no issue of 2nd cylinder and late deliveries

my consumer no:-631006, the dealer and his assistant are bugers, and they both talk irresponsible of costumer griefs of not having gas for their vital living.
Mr hemant shah(owner of agengy) does not book 2nd clyinder niether he sends the refill clyinder on time.always giving statement to come after 15 days, and its 5 months passed
And his assistant Mr.A.Singh have no manners to talk to customer. his list includes more excuses than his list of work
Does HP's customer have to face such problems???
If yes than i think i should move to consumer court for further betterment of such problems.

HP Gas — Not supplying cylinder

I am a valid subscriber/consumer of HP cooking gas for over last 33 years.I have not availed of obtaining a cylinder in past about 3 years or so doue to certain reasons.Recently when I approched the supplier for gettuing a gas cylinder, they refused supply saying that my consumer number is cancelled as I have not availed of service for last few years.What should I do in this case?

Been a consumer of HP gas via Vijay gas service. Since a couple of years we have not been residing in Bombay much due to personal reasons. The months that we come back to saty we have an issue with ordering gas. So my mom goes into VIJAY GAS SERVICE at King Circle and she finds out that since we do not order much VIjay gas service took the liberty of giving the cylinder to some one else on our consumer number. " Well I just found out about this today. Supposedly my mom knew it since over a year.

HP Gas — Late delivery for HP Gas cylinder

Dear Sir,

I had put request for HP Gas cylinder(Yashoda gas -hadapsar pune) on 8 Apr 09 and they mentioned it will be delivered in 8-10 days. After 16-18 days it won't delivered and when you call-up and ask for status they told its sortage of cylinder but if you want to buy cylinder in black(with extra charges) it will issued in 10 mins.

I don't understand if you have so much complain about this firm's service why you are not taking any actions.

HP Gas — Late / no delivery of gas cylinder

Have booked HP LPG Cylider on 16-Apr-09 with the HP Distributor - Lalitha Gas Agent - code 96407-0 in Bangalore. Previous Cylinder delivery was on 16-Mar-09. In spite of more than one month of waiting, Cylinder is still not delivered. Agencies response is pathetic, insensitive and against support & service levels we expect. Hence pl direct HP to set their process and establish better checks & balances to their agents to meet delivery timelines. It seems Agents behave like mafia and have no fear of consumers / HP GAS.

Having consumer No 605321, I booked on 22/05/09 .When I find there no deliver of cylinder till29/005/09 Then i asked to my dealer.He said Iwii not deliver at that address.Where as only 1.5km distnce . Then coplin to Your jamsed pur office.The repley tomorrow it wiibe deliver but till now I am not deting my cylinder from my dealer ANURAG HP BOKARO JHARKHAND.

After 31/07/09 I received the gas on 11/09/09 then I booked for gas on 14/09/09 booking no, 254231 after one month of booking 15/10/09 i gone to my agencies asked regarding .they said now supplying booking no 252...something then after 10days I again went to the agencies they says now supplying booking no 253... it is impossible to contact them by telephone, when I am calling the agencies’ telephone is always busy or no answer, and today 27/10/09 still I have not received the gas, i am sure that they are selling out at high rate by under cutting

H.P. Gas — late booking & late delivery

My gas agency is booking Gas only after 25 days from previous delivery and giving delivery after 7-8 days after booking. In this month I have booked the gas on 30th dec 2009 and till now ( 6thJan 2010) I have not received the gas. On reply of a call they said the the gas will be delivered in next 1 or 2 days.
