HP Redemption Cell — didn't get free gift on hp pavillion

sir pls send my gift as you told, , , , , , , , i purchased hp pavillion laptop on 8 january 2009, , and today is 11 april...i send 1499/-rs. in 14 january...why are hp company taken so many times ...this is not a proper way of customer satisfaction pls follow crm stategy for sucess in competitive era...

I purchased HP Pavalion laptop on 9th feb 2009 and according to your promotional offer i have sent Demand Draft of Rs 1499 with all other mentioned formalites. I got confirmation email from HP redemption cell, where it was mentioned that i will get home theater with in 6 weeks. And still am waiting for it.
May i know what is the reason behind it.

please reply about the UPS and my position .

I have Purchased HP pavilion DV5-1102TU on 9th January 2009 from YANTRA INFOTECH, M.P.NAGAR, ZONE-1, BHOPAL and according to HP redemption cell, they would take 6 weeks to process any request, but still i haven't received my Phillips home theatre or any acknowledgment message from their side and it has been almost 120 days since i have recieve ur mail and promise to sent my gift within 30 days, so my questaion is how much time taken to sent my gift since 4 month already passed.

I have taken a HP notebook on 8th feb, 09 and all the desired documents have been dispatched to the HP redemtion cell and the same were apporved by HP redemtion cell on 5th March, 2009.
Since then I was following up with them but not getting proper response and also sent emails.
But the HPredemtion cell customer care service is really pathetic.

Its already 4 months passed but I didnt received my gift and not a proper reply for the same thsat whether i eill get it or not.

The details of my product:

1-HP Pavallion 1104TU (purchased from Croma, malad, MUMBAI on 8th Feb.)
2-Serial No - CNF83809QR
3-Redemption code is - N96KCZ86ZE
4-Gift -Phillips Home Theater(sent a DD of Rs.1499)

Moreover I have checked and found that the persons whose claim approval date is after my approval date received the gifts but I didnt.
I can not tolerate this now please help me to get my gift from these fraudials.

5 june 2009 including draft, serial no, redemption code, purchase invoice and student id card at delhi redemption cell.
