[Resolved]  HSBC Bank Credit Card — Payment issue with my HSBC Credit Card

Dear Sir/Madam This is regarding a payment made to HSBC bank for my Credit Card No: [protected]. Where I have transferred the payment of Rs. 10000 from my ICICI Bank saving account (No.[protected] on 4th Dec 2007 but the same was not credited to my HSBC Card. Now its has been almost for than 3 months and during this period I have made numerous calls to HSBC Customer care to solve my issue. I have provided them all the details like payment ID No., Bank Account No., besides this I have also written many email at "[protected]@hsbc.co.in" but nobody has responded to my complaint (Complaint No. [protected]). I have been making many ccalls to them but every time they put my call on hold and after that they give me the same answer that "I will get a call from HSBC" (which I never got). Every month I recieve a show cause notice from HSBC regarding non-payment of dues. Now when I called up the customer care today to know the status of my complain then the reply from the bank is " Your card has been closed and to know the status of your complaint call at collection centre at[protected]. Now I am very upset with the service of the bank and neither I know where my amount of Rs 10000 is???? also HSBC has rated my credit rating as negative which would make disqualify me from taking credits from other banks and financial institutions. I am sending the the copy of the email written to HSBC from time to time, pls find the same below in order of dates. Sir, I have full faith and respect in justice. Pls help me out. The Bank is charging a Huge interest every day and I am financial not so well to bear all this charges. Pls look into my case and help me. Neither I feel that the bank is interested in resolving the issue in time. Also, Pls take care of the interest and late payment charges that is being levied on my card. I have received credit card from HSBC after a phone call from Chennai office.I have not even filled up the any request form for same still they sens me credit card along with some policies.Since then i tryed to get with HSBC call center to cancel this card which i have not used a single time still some people from HSBC keep on calling me for amount due on my card.How's this possible if i have not used it once?
Please can u let me know address of chennai office so that i can send back card to them for cancellation.Please mail me the same.

HSBC Credit Card — Misuse Internet payment

I am holder of Silver credit card no. [protected] of HSBC, yesterday i.e. 4th July 2008 i have been informed at around 20:30 I.S.T. that my credit card is charged with INR 10000/- paid to Bharti Airtel. However, the same was not done by me. I am not using internet for any of my payments. The card is blocked immediately after knowing the above facts.
I request the authorities to look into the matter and reverse the entry.

I did not used those credit cards till now, even i didi not taken outside of the enveloped cover. But unnesacarry i am recieving bills now.So i decided to cancell my credit card.

So i have given cancellation request on 25 june to pune through phone banking . That executive name is Mr.rahul.i clearly told him that" i need to cancell my credit cards".

And he told me that with in 7 days your card will be cancelled. On 4th july again i called them, One Mrs.Meenakshi has attended and told me that your card did not cancelled.

I asked her what is the reason, then she told me that With in 3 days your card will be cancell.


Again today i called them and one Mrs:beena has attended that phone, and i repeated again my card is cancelled or not. She is saying that no, then a i asked why ? .She told me that

with in 4 days your card will be cancell. then again i have one more request for cancellation . My request number is[protected].

I told her vary clearly this my last call, and i will be waiting for 4 days and i will call you on july 14, if the card is not cancelled with in that i will directly going to Court or media.



I learned one thing now, Hsbc bank is the one of the very worst bank i have seen, such a bad service, how to behave to customers really dont know.

This is my final information to you all, if my card is not cancelled with in four days directly i will give a strong complaint against HSBC bank pune and all executives which i have talk to

This statement i have recieved, when i was paid the amount in the month of march on 25-03-08, before the due date, in the month of mar to Apr 08 statement it showing purchase charges Rs 1914/- and not deducted in the next statement.

With in the three months from Rs10300/- to Rs 165000/- almost Rs 6000/- all charges, it is to high from the private finance, if i have taken Rs 10, 000/- @ of 5% for three months intrest Rs 1500/- or 10% RS 3000/- for three months.
With your tariff sheet 2.95% intrest and late pament charges Rs 400/- p/m so total intrest for three months Rs 900/- and Rs 1200/- = Rs 2100/ toatal amount for the three months, in the statment Rs 6000/- it is to high charges which is charging.
My credit Amount is Rs 15000/-, loan on phone taken 12 instalment loan evry mont Rs 671/- and Rs 352/- which is adding in every month statement.
My requisting kindly reduce the hiden charges, do some thing in my faver, total amount i will be pay in 2 instalment.
i done some mistake not paid before the due date, next time never happen i will be paid before the due date.
My requisting to you kindly mail me how much i have to pay total amount. I hope for positive repply from your side.

I applied for HSBC Credit card. last year.i have not got any card yet, in March i got a mail regarding card in which it is mentioned that you are not disqaulify for this card. that was OK. but after that i am regualar getting Credit card statement and got call from HSBC call centre to pay amount. now the customer excutive send a mail(case 5068002) for Settlement. i am not understanding what is the policy of HSBC bank? this is more surprising thing that these type of cheating policy of this type of bank.i hope i will free from this type of mentally harrasment from this bank

HSBC Credit Card — No response regarding a payment

I made a payment of Rs.2000/- against my outstanding in the card on the month of Sept.07. The cheque was cleared from my bank but they are showing in my statement that the cheque is returned.When I launched a complain regarding it they have asked for the photocopy of my bank pass book which I have given twice via fax and collected by their executive and I had also contact them by email but till to date they did not response to the matter.On the very next month I made a payment of Rs.4000/- which got reflected in my statement but I stopped making further payment as I got no trace of that amount .One interesting thing is in one of their email they said that they cannot track my account but if that happens then how they send monthly statement.
Now they send me a legal notice for not making payment.I want to know how to deal with the matter please help me out.

I Ruchir Maheshwari residence of DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon have a HSBC Credit Card Account April 2008, I did a Balance Transfer in the month of April, Since then I have never received the statement... I have made the payment every month on time inspite of the fact that I have not received the satement by post or through Email. I am really fedup by HSBC Bank...

Sub : Anomalies to retrieve replacement card and delay in payments—STILL AWAITING A REVERT

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above subject, I have received a letter dated 22nd June on 05th July regarding delay in payment from my end AND SENT A LETTER ON 7TH July for which I did not hear from your end.

Request you to check at your end that how many calls I have made to HSBC phone banking for my card status and statement as a replacement of my card.
Sorry to say I have visited Inox branch 4 times and failed to get my card. Your customer care executive ensure that it is with branch and your branch says they have returned it back but I made a special request to keep card in branch till Sat as I am working outside I can only collect it on a weekend.

I have wasted my 10 phone calls with your phone banking for 15-20min each calls and 1hr for my each visit to branch which is completely unacceptable. Now when I was trying to make payment the system is not accepting cheque and claims that my card no.[protected] is no longer in existence. Whereas your phone banking executive claims that I can make payment mentioning my old card no. I am suffering this from past 50 days and getting no solution.

I need a concrete solution before you write any further letter to me also I am not liable to pay any penalty during these 50days because of delay in payment as I have wasted my time, money as well and got no solution from HSBC. Request you to waive off all delay charges and send me correct statement with my replacement card to Inox branch which must be in branch on 19th July so that I can collect it.
