[Resolved]  HSBC Bank Credit Card — Payment issue with my HSBC Credit Card

Dear Sir/Madam This is regarding a payment made to HSBC bank for my Credit Card No: [protected]. Where I have transferred the payment of Rs. 10000 from my ICICI Bank saving account (No.[protected] on 4th Dec 2007 but the same was not credited to my HSBC Card. Now its has been almost for than 3 months and during this period I have made numerous calls to HSBC Customer care to solve my issue. I have provided them all the details like payment ID No., Bank Account No., besides this I have also written many email at "[protected]@hsbc.co.in" but nobody has responded to my complaint (Complaint No. [protected]). I have been making many ccalls to them but every time they put my call on hold and after that they give me the same answer that "I will get a call from HSBC" (which I never got). Every month I recieve a show cause notice from HSBC regarding non-payment of dues. Now when I called up the customer care today to know the status of my complain then the reply from the bank is " Your card has been closed and to know the status of your complaint call at collection centre at[protected]. Now I am very upset with the service of the bank and neither I know where my amount of Rs 10000 is???? also HSBC has rated my credit rating as negative which would make disqualify me from taking credits from other banks and financial institutions. I am sending the the copy of the email written to HSBC from time to time, pls find the same below in order of dates. Sir, I have full faith and respect in justice. Pls help me out. The Bank is charging a Huge interest every day and I am financial not so well to bear all this charges. Pls look into my case and help me. I applied for HSBC Credit card more than for times in last two month.After filling application they do not provide any reference no and when i made complianed through mail at HSBC they ask me for reference no and in more then 6 times in mail they again and again ask me for my personal detail.i followup them by providing all detail and then they provide me request number:[protected] after that they again ask for detail (It is really strange where you people store data or making us fool) but till now their is no action by them.
I really very disappointed by this worst service.

i m credit card holder of this bank having credit card no.[protected] (a/c no.[protected]. i received a credit card statement which shows opening balance due amnt. rs.5110.51 on statement issued to me 19/7/2008 to[protected].i
m amazed about this statement becoz so far i havenot purchased anything at all from very long period.so i m not going to pay for this and demand to close my a/c ASAP.

This is regarding a payment made to HSBC bank for my Credit Card No: [protected]. Actually I drop the O.D cheque on sky pak on 11th or 12th aug amount was 93000.I made the full payment. My due date is on every month 15th or 14 dates. But that cheque came and realized on 18th aug . Due to 4 days delay they charging the amount 4667+576 service tax total amount is 5241rs. See for 4 days delay they charging 5241 amount. Regarding this I spoke with customer care. They said we can’t do any thing you must pay that amount. And then I request to transfer to her manger miss sangeetha. She asks all things and said that I can reversal only 1000rs. And then still I didn’t accept I just ask her to transfer to higher officer. Then she transfers the call to miss nisha. Again I tell my entire problem to her that I am holding more than 10 credit cards right now. I know how to use the credit card. See what happens I drop the cheque on 11 or 12th I am not confirm that. But I drop the cheque before 3 days. Then miss nisha said that you want to drop the cheque before 5 days in sky pak box. And I agreed that for that you can charge me the late fee. Why should you charging the interest for that which was more than 5000. Is to expensive for 4 days delay. In my point of view I drop the cheque. It comes on 18th means what can I do. Because that was a over draft cheque my mother account. It will never dishonor. Then miss nisha said ok I will reversal 2000. But I am not satisfied because fault is not mine. Now tell me what can I do. Better close my card I will make the payment what I swiped earlier not that interest. Otherwise reversal that interest amount. I am sure that I will maintain hereafter good. Thanking you. hsbc gold credit card — Recovery process is very bad

I really don't know the way recovery person are behaving for HSBC gold credit card payment. I am asking for card statement but they are not giving it by mail or not by post. But they are continuously harassing me and my husband for some initial payments. We are interested to pay at a time even today i am going to pay but still i didn't receive any statement. Please do something for these type of calls which are not needed. If i am telling them that i'll pay by dropping cheque in drop box, they are saying no it will take time so please give some initial amount to my person whom i am sending for collection. They are not ready to here anything. Even i am not getting what the hell is problem with them by this kind of payment if i want to do. So i am going to surrender my card, i don't want to keep that card from now. Please tell me the procedure for the same.

HSBC Credit Card — sending bills for no card

i am not holding of credit card of HSBC but they keep calling every time and offer some schemes. i also afraid they might send even bills/statements.. so let me know how to restrict them from calling me. it has become so menace.
My exhusband has charged items on a credit card, and has put it in my name, and no one will help me even get a copy of what was purchased so I can prove what he got, Please I need help! All I ask for is a simple little copy, and I get, we can't provide you with it, yet I am held responsible for the huge bill. I am holding the credit card of your bank and till date I haven't received my statement to my residential address, which I asked them to mail the statement.
But now I received a notice to pay my balance to my address.

I every month calling the customer care for my statement, which no result on the same. Now proper action is taken over, even today I complained about my statement.

I feel its disgusting on my part to every month complain about my statement. No proper response is been from your side.

I spent around RS.4000.00 /- on my card and now it is around Rs.7000.00 /-. For no mistake of mine today I am suppose to pay Rs.3000.00 /- more which I haven spent.

Even I need clarification on the reduction of the credit limit from 50, 000 to what every it is right now.

The Customer service for HSBC Credit card is worst, you cannot expect to reach out a customer service employee not even after being for 10 min on the line.

But one thing is dead sure that you people are not customer oriented and your employee(Kala and sweta from mumbai,[protected] and some more on bangalore they don't know how to speak and how to solve the query eventhough they are working for customer service.

HSBC — Not Receiving of Debit Card

Dear Sir,
Mr. Rahul Ghosh, (Assistant Manager, Eastern Region, HSBC) came to me on 2nd September 2008 to open an HSBC Direct account. I opened the same and handed over a cheque of Rs. 10, 000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) dated 5th September 2008 favouring SOFTHARD (My account name)of ICICI Bank, Howrah Branch. He assured me that I will be receiving the welcome kit including Debit Card and Cheque Book within 7 days. (Seven). Mr. Rahul informed me on 5th of September 2008 that my account is opened and the account no. is[protected]. On 15th September 2008 I had a discussion with your customer service representative regarding the welcome kit. The representative informed me that it’s already dispatched but he don’t have the courier detail. And ask me to call next day for the detail. I called the customer care on 16th September 2008 regarding the courier detail. But the representative unable to gave me the same. I lodged a complain on 18th of September 2008 regarding my welcome kit. On 19th September 2008 I had a discussion with your customer service representative regarding the welcome kit. The representative informed me that it’s already dispatched but he doesn’t have the courier detail. I received the welcome kit on 22nd of September 2008 without the Debit Card. I lodged another complain on 22nd regarding the Debit Card. On 23rd September 2008 I had a discussion with your customer service representative regarding the Debit card and the representative informed me that its already dispatched but he don’t have the courier detail. From that day onwards I reopened the complain thrice. Last time on 29th September 2008 I had a long discussion with Mr. Chandrakant (Service Manager). He gave me the commitment that I will be receiving the Debit Card by 3rd October 2008 (Friday). But till now I haven’t received the Debit Card. Today 3rd October 2008 at 8.30 P.M. I had a discussion with Miss Nathalime. She told me that it’s dispatched from your back office today only but she don’t have any courier detail. On this 1 month I had a very bad experience with HSBC. My money is with your bank for last 1(one) month and I can’t rotate the fund for this period.

So, I want the interest as per Fixed Deposit rate on the same and also I want the compensation for mental harassment.

Please take the immediate action to resolve my problem as soon as possible.
