I have provided them all the details like payment ID No., Bank Account No., besides this I have also written many email at "[protected]@hsbc.co.in" but nobody has responded to my complaint (Complaint No. [protected]). I have been making many ccalls to them but every time they put my call on hold and after that they give me the same answer that "I will get a call from HSBC" (which I never got). Every month I recieve a show cause notice from HSBC regarding non-payment of dues. Now when I called up the customer care today to know the status of my complain then the reply from the bank is " Your card has been closed and to know the status of your complaint call at collection centre at[protected]. Now I am very upset with the service of the bank and neither I know where my amount of Rs 10000 is???? also HSBC has rated my credit rating as negative which would make disqualify me from taking credits from other banks and financial institutions. TO WHOMESOEVER IT MAT CONCERN

Dear sir,
I dont know you but i spent Rs. 25 on net(to send you this mail) that has not been earned through a scam. its my hard earned money i spent doing what you should be doing. This e-mail may not come as an eye-opener to you but it did to me when i learned this.

This is regarding flourishing credit card frauds( most of these by habitual defaulters those who have been off the hook).

The protagonist here is PRVAKAR MISSRA who works with DSE Services Corporation (p) Ltd (an DSA of Bharti Airtel Services Ltd, B-38/C1, Sector-57, NOIDA, India, 201301).The fellow has been doing scams (all credit cards) for long. His MO is simple: He generates an inflated salary slip on his own to get a larger credit limit, acquires a new cheapest available mobile number, gets fake electricity/telephone bills (as ID proof) once a card is issued in his name he uses up all his cards limit in one go by swapping it. Next he rids himself of the phone number and asks his colleagues at office to not entertain any call for him and makes security person say that he is not on the above said premises despite being there, if any recovery person happens to visit his office address to collect dues.

He through the same MO acquired a credit card of your bank(Details : HSBC Gold Credit Card, Primary Card No.[protected], Additional Card No.[protected], Card Limit.50000, ) on 26/02/08 that i learnt by chance. I am sure he must have done the same with you (duped you).

If you are interested in recovering your dues from PRAVAKAR MISSRA you still have 10-11 days left with you (as he is switching his job and changing his residence). Here are his details ( dont go by the ones submitted with you)

His present add-

Send your personal to his office asking for Rajnish Singh who is Zonal Head there and put the case before him (he is not in the know of this all) and dont ask straight for Prabhakar as he would have someone say that he no longer works there . Send your persons to his residential add on Sunday.

Please dont scratch your head thinking why i took all this trouble to inform you. reasons are simple being a good Samaritan i am discharging my duties now you do yours & believe me i dont have any personal grudges against the fellow. Even otherwise the fellow is a habitual defaulter who defaults just because he has not been touched before.

I request you for this e-mail anonymity for i cant afford to make him my enemy . even otherwise yyou must know the fate whistleblowers meet everywhere(be it Manjunath of IOC or Satyendra Dubey of PWD- they are dead).

Yours faithfully
A concerned fellow
Hi

I am not getting any credit card statment and balance detail so far. I want to pay credit card balance, Pl. get me immideatly.

Regards.
I fully agree with the views and anguish expressed by many customers of HSBC Credit Card. One does not really know about to deal with this bank, which is totally undisturbed about customers woes. The exhorbitantly charge late fee on amounts fictiously indicated. Bills are not sent properly and they only penalise the customers.

I would like to surrender my card forthwith.

Respected sir,

My credit card no.is [protected]

I am sorry to say that there are so many discrepencies in my December month statement.
I wrote a letter to Sri K..C. Mohan Manager credit card central services, Chennai regarding discrepencies on[protected] and copy of which also given to Mrs.Satya Srinivasan Nodel Officer, Chennia. The letter was sent by Speed Post and the same was delivered to the party on 26-12-08. The gist of discrepencies are as follows:-

l The opening balance for December, 08 was shown excess by Rs.5, l610/-

Balance transfer amount of Rs.3883-15 which was not taken by me at all was also shown

Loan on phone of Rs.5100/- was also shown excess

Though I instructed TATA Insurance amount of Rs.329/- per month is charged since one year. You are supposed to listen the instructions of the customer but not the Insurance Company.

Service charge is being reflected many time in the same month for each and every transaction separately

Because of showing the excess amounts in the statement my outstanding balance has gone up which has the impact of my subsequent payments. This might have happened many times previously also.

Please check up my statement thouroughly and send revised statement immediately

I contacted many times your phone banking officers also but nobody responded

Yours sincerely

HSBC Credit Card — Unnecessary Finance charges on HSBC c.card

Hi,
I am a customer of HSBC Credit card. I was having a Insurance policy since march 2007. The EMI of 777/- was going every month. In September 2008 I went for a Balance transfer. I kept on paying 777/- per month for Insurance policy. But later I saw in my statement that 400/- as finance charges was charged every month. I checked with customer care they said before taking the balance transfer it was informed to me that any new transaction will be not considered and the payment made for that will go to Balance transfer. Now I say if it is so then the ongoing Insurance policy was not a new purchase. It was just an EMI that was charged to me since last 1 and half year. But they say they consider it as new purchase. But if they consider it as new purchase and they were aware that one EMI is going on then they should not offer me any balance transfer. It means they were aware that if they give me balance transfer then they can get 400/- as fine every month.
Dear Mr. K C Mahesh

My credet card No is [protected], I have received my statement on 21/1/09 by indian regular post, When i saw the bill I had shocked because that showing outstanding of Rs.4238.34.

I would request you to revers all dues.

HSBC Credit Card — Debit from my savings bank account

I hold a salary a/c with Chennai Branch of HSBC bank, wherein they offered me a credit card of no: [protected]. I called them up and asked them to discontinue the card as i didn't need one and it was never used by me, However after two years they have auto deducted my salary account of Rs.11, 000. there was no initimation given to me, nor did I receive any statements for the same.

Debit of Rs.15,000/- to my HSBC Credit Card - Not cancelled. — As above.

On 24th December, 2008 one Mr Pankaj Dethe of Delhi branch of ICICI Lombard Insurance Co Ltd., has contacted me over phone and requested me to take Health Insurance Policy of the company. He made me to pay the premium of Rs.15, 000/- through my HSBC Bank Credit Card. He also stated that a policy with No.4063/HAP/W-457978/00/000/2008/[protected] was issued in my name. Two days later, he informed that the said policy was cancelled due to some technical reasons. When I asked him about the debit of premium amount to my credit card, he informed that since policy was rejected, the premium amount will be re-credited to my credit card.

However, I received my credit card statement from HSBC Bank for the above transaction and they debited an amount of Rs.15, 000/-

Since the amount of Rs.15, 000/- was not re-credited, it is requested that action should taken against ICICI Lombard Insurance Co Ltd., and against the individual.

UNEXPECTED BILLING AGAIN!

Hi,
Let me explain the whole story. I had requested for a HSBC credit card sometimes in 2006. I received the card in the beginning of 2007. I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WILL BE NO ANNUAL CHARGES FOR THE CARD. But before i could make the first tarnsaction, i lost the card sometimes in May 2007. I reported this to the customer care on the same day and got the card cancelled. But during this conversation, I ALSO MENTIONED THAT I WANT TO CANCEL THIS CARD FOREVER, MEANING, I DO NOT WISH TO GET ANYMORE DUPLICATE CARD. All this happened more than 2 years before. In sometime I shifted to a new job and I also shifted to a new place, meaning both official and residential addresses were changed, also my telephone numbers. I was surprised when I got a message all fo sudden from HSBC saying THERE IS A DUE AMOUNT OF AROUND 1300 RS TO BE PAID. Yesterday I called up customer care and I was shocked to hear that, HSBC HAS SENT ME A DUPLICATE CARD TO MY OLD ADDRESS, AND ITS NOT BEEN RECEIVED, SO THE CARD IS STILL WITH HSBC, BUT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED THE ANNUAL FEES, WHICH WITH INTEREST ADDED TO 1400 RS.

First mistake of HSBC: Sending a duplicate card without me requesting for one.
Second: Without even confirming that I am staying in the same place still, the card was sent to my old address.(Thankfully the card is not received by some other person, else he had a chance to use the card however he wants)
Third: I am not even intimated that I have been sent this card.
Fourth: Atleast when the card was not received, they should have cancelled the card or invalidated the account.
Fifh: Though i was informed that there is no annual fees, i have been charged FOR A CARD WHICH IS NOT EVEN WITH ME.

THIS IS FRAUD.
I do not know how HSBC is gonna respond to this.
But there is no logic to charge for a card which is not issued to the person at all.
BUT I AM ANYWAY NOT GONNA PAY THIS AMOUNT TO HSBC.

I shall wait for a response from HSBC, and I am gonna spread this to all, so that atleast they can be aware of such fraud banks and credit cards.
