Hello sir/ madam, I have given below the Email chain that i communicated with HSBC bank.If you read it from Bottom to top then you will understand my case.Please do the needful.Thanks Note: Myself:-Ganesan, Bank manager name Ganesh. I am mensioning this to avoid confusion while reading the email Chain below.Thanks Ganesh, You mentioned in your earlier email that my account as been closed and I won't get any email or phone calls. But I received statement for Sep to October and October to November. I have given your comment below. This is the comment from Bank manager ""Pl have look on my earlier revert (In red bold), I have already mentioned that, Aug month statement may generated & sent to your communication address hence Pl ignore it. I have already confirmed that, all the charges has been reversed & card has been closed from our side, then why do you want confirmation letter from us, why can't you treat this mail as written proof"". This shows that you’re are trying to cheat the customer and misusing the customer record. This is my last email if I won't get proper solution to this I am going to consumer court. She again mentioned the same that I won't get any call from Bank. But last week I got a call from bank again regarding the payment. She spoke with me very harshly and gave a police complaint and i received a call from police to my office desk. Police told me to go to back regarding my payment issue. I went to bank on last Saturday 26/07/08 and met Mr.Swayam prakash and told my case. He suggested me to send an email to you regarding my case. In the mean time I called BLUE DART courier regarding my delivery. They mentioned the package as return back to bank on 15/06/7. This status as been updated by Mr.Vijay from Viman nagar branch (BLUE DART) as well us Miss Rekha from Bund garden Branch (BLUE DART). HSBC offered us (company TFDC Pvt. Ltd.) HSBC gold credit card. i received the card and some insurance policy activeted on it and monthly statements stared receiving me and all. i contacted to coustomer care and asked to cancel the policy. but still i getting statements with incrising amount. i never got the policy papers. please help and suggest.
