[Resolved]  HSBC Bank - Pune — Missing using my Record

I have given below the Email chain that i communicated with HSBC bank.If you read it from Bottom to top then you will understand my case.Please do the needful.Thanks

You mentioned in your earlier email that my account as been closed and I won't get any email or phone calls. But I received statement for Sep to October and October to November. I have given your comment below.

This is the comment from Bank manager

This shows that you’re are trying to cheat the customer and misusing the customer record. This is my last email if I won't get proper solution to this I am going to consumer court.

As per you last email you mentioned that my account as been closed but by mistake August month statement as been generated. But again I got e-statement for the month of September 08 to October 08.Last time I asked you to give me a letter confirming that my account as been closed just to authenticate from my side that my detail is not misused. But you mention in last email that my account as been closed and treat your email as written proof. But why the account is still active? Also give me valid explanation why my detail still exists in your record?

Regret cause to inconvenience, however all the charges have been reversed & BT Cheque has been cancelled by the bank on 12th September.
Request you to Kindly ignore the statement, since it must be generated before the cancellation of the charges.

Hello sir,
I am Ganesan Guruswamy working for John Deere pune. I went to USA on 3/04/08 and return back to office on 18/06/07. I received a HSBC credit card (No: [protected]) statement that I need to pay some amount.

I called the customer care and reported that I haven't received any NEW credit card from HSBC. They took my complaint ID: [protected].Her name is Geethanjali and complaint data is 21/06/08 .She mentioned that some mistake had happen from Bank side and will sort out. But again I got a letter from Bank I need to make the payment. So I called again on
24/06/08 and raised a complaint ID: [protected].Her name is Snehal. She again mentioned the same that I won't get any call from Bank. But last week I got a call from bank again regarding the payment. She spoke with me very harshly and gave a police complaint and i received a call from police to my office desk.
Police told me to go to back regarding my payment issue.



I went to bank on last Saturday 26/07/08 and met Mr.Swayam prakash and told my case. He suggested me to send an email to you regarding my case.
In the mean time I called BLUE DART courier regarding my delivery. They mentioned the package as return back to bank on 15/06/7. This status as been updated by Mr.Vijay from Viman nagar branch (BLUE DART) as well us Miss Rekha from Bund garden Branch (BLUE DART). I request you to look in to this case and sort out this issue

dear sir,

HSBC offered us (company TFDC Pvt. Ltd.) HSBC gold credit card. i received the card and some insurance policy activeted on it and monthly statements stared receiving me and all. i contacted to coustomer care and asked to cancel the policy. but still i getting statements with incrising amount. i never got the policy papers. please help and suggest.
