HSBC Credit Card — Bad Experience with HSBC

I hold HSBC Gold credit card (in fact two of them) and I had
set up an ECS to pay the total amount due directly from my bank
account on the payment due date. I find that recently in the case
of a rather large payment (about 1 lakh) they requisitioned ECS
from the bank 3 days before the due date. Anticipating their bill,
I had arranged sufficient balance 2 days before the due date, but
their early requisition took me by surprise and the ECS request
was dishonoured by my bank. When I learned this, I explained
to HSBC people and as per their instruction, I submitted a cheque
for the total amount due, which was duly cleared. However, HSBC
has charged heavy finance charges and are not willing to reverse
this. I believe I was not in fault and I am deeply disappointed with
HSBC for doing this. I am seriously considering going to the consumer court and fight it out. What do the members of this forum think?

This is sudhakar HSBC credit card no : [protected]. I had bad experaince with HSBC customer care. In detailed. I have HSBC credit card since last 2 years. while taking this card they informed that there are no annual charages on primary cards and add on cards. when i called customer care to take a reversal of that charges they told that you have not intimated that to reverse those charges. we can return half charges only as u are not using the card. i told them as ill escalte this issue to your higher ops. then they told if you have mailed regarding this then we will not return cahrges even single paisa and do wat ever you want.
I holding HSBC credit card, i had bad experience with HSBC.. the problem is i used for Just Rs:400 after three month become outstanding amount was Rs:4200 somthing on my account. I was trying to reach them but no one has given the proper info with guide lines.

I believe I was not in fault and I am deeply disappointed with
HSBC for doing this, am seriously considering going to the consumer court and fight it out. What do the members of this forum think?

Dear Sir, Madam

I am not using the HSBC credit card since I had received it. My HSBC card number is [protected]. HSBC has tie-up with TATA AIG Insurance co., I never had shown my interest for TATA AIG Insurance, without my knowledge they had sent it to me. without informing to me they have debited some premium amount. without my any confirmation HSBC added charges for TATA AIG Policy in my account. I called several times for last 1 year. They said the charges will be wiped off but all in vain. Now they are adding finance fees & insurance installment each time & sending me statement 10th April. I am fed of doing this stuff again & again, I have just a single request. Please waive of these unwanted charges & send me a statement with the Zero amount due for the payment
I had tried to contact their customer services, experienced a very uncomfortable facilities over there. Now I want to resolve this issue, I have sent mails to their customer services also ([protected]@hsbc.co.in).

Request you if anyone helps me out, I believe I was not in fault and I am deeply disappointed with
HSBC for doing this. I am seriously considering going to the consumer court and fight it out. What do the members of this forum think? I am working in Press (India Today Group)

If HSBC Crdit card department here my voice please cancel my card and reversed the charges charged by you.

I had contact your below mention phone no, I am not satisfied their response, They are not able to help me, they say only for settlement less then amount 50%, This is totally blackmail me by your staff, i am not businessmen not a belong a rich family that i waste money for this type of fraud plz solve my problem immediately
I have never used your card not any policy adopt by me how can possible the amount reflect, I have never received any statement and not received any policy document, I am not able to pay for this type of fraud plz provide me NOC and I want never relationship with your card,
Plz immediately provide NOC, I talk with tata aig for this insurance my insurance has cancel you will take amount from tata aig, and wave my surcharge immediately

I am waiting for NOC in this week because i am shifting Kolkata, so immediately response me.

my credit card number [protected]. i hv not recvd the bill for jun2009 period and on the phone we just have a probelm with yr computerised program which asks for 6digit pin of which i am not aware.

pls email the bill promptly to settle the payment.

any delay, i will not be paying any extra interests and or charges as may be levied by u.
