[Resolved] HSBC - Gold Credit Card — HSBC Service is pathetic | |
Dear Sir, I’m HSBC Gold credit holder since Aug 05.I didn’t use this credit card till today. But this month Feb 2009 I have received credit card statement with outstanding due amount of 10, 397.64.I have recived statement only twice. one is when outstanding due amount was 4000 & second when 10, 397.64.When I called HSBC customer service center to inform about 4000 due they said they will get back to me. After 6 month when I received statement is of 10, 397.64.I have applied for Home Loan with IDBI which also not processing because my due is updated in CIBIL through HSBC.When I chase HSBC by sending thousands of mail, phone calls, visit bank, collection finally I have been told that your credit card usage is 0 but this due amount includes interest, service tax, finanace charges. I am ready to pay my outstanding but when I requested HSBC to provide details about entire outstanding then they decline. Thus I have experienced distressing, fraud, unethical service from HSBC.My humble request to everyone to don’t trust on HSBC.They are itself fraud. Was this information helpful? | |

HSBC - Gold Credit Card — Payment of Fraudulent transaction from Stolen Card
I was holding an HSBC credit card # [protected]I had reported the card is stolen on 13-Mar-2009 and a police complaint was submitted later via post. There was a transaction on my statement dated 17-March-2009 for 540 Euros (Rs. 37, 362.85). I had repeated mentioned to HSBC that I should not be liable for this amount.
But I am still being harassed by HSBC to make this payment. I have provided all the details and communicated the same to the Customer service, Nodal officier as well as country head Mr. Rajneesh Bahl but no relief yet.
Kindly help and do the needful

HSBC — HSBC service is pathetic
HelloI had applied for balance transfer on 19th March and still today I have not received the BT. These people keep making you fool.
Initially they sent the BT by Speed Post and it went undelivered to bank even if I was present at the mentioned address. Second time they sent it by Blue Dart. Again it went to bank undelivered, When complained about Blue dart they said that the area in which I am expecting the DD is not in their service.
They taken the complaint against them and promissed to deliver the balance transfer to nearest HSBC bank. I did not get call from them. When I called them I came to know that I canceled one BT and they sent only 1. I dont know when I canceled the BT. When I asked them they kept my call on hold for half an hour with no reply.
Still waiting for their reply.
Experience: HSBC bank is really a pathetic bank and dont do any transaction with HSBC banks. These people really cheat you.
