HTC 3400i — Failure of Handset within 13 days of purchase

My hand set has stopped on rigtone working and same has been shown to HTC service centre "Salora International" the have detected problem and recommende for D.O.A replacement with your store since complaint is within 13 days of purchase. The same has been refused by E-Zone Treasure Island .

Please reply as early as possible, since after investing 10400.00 still, I am unable to do business calls.

HTC 3400i — No proper services after sales

I had purchased a HTC 3400i Mobile on 10th April 2008 and it worked well only for 50 days. The headset was not working when attached so i went to an Authorised Service Center @ Kondhwa Pune i.e. RT Outsourcing & was informed that need to put the handset for repairing for 7 days, it was a concern that now i need arrange other handset i managed to do the same. I submitted handset on 6th Sept 08 with job sheet no. 2207 and i have to wait for 21 days i recvd the set on 27th Sept after several follow ups and after that i was suprised as i got the set with older version software installed on that and it has been 8 times i have called till date but no one is responding on the same and after inquiring on[protected] i got assurance by Mr. Prashant of 30 mins on 8th oct till date no call is there.

HTC 3400i — Hanset Problem

I have HTC 3400i Mobile. Since 4 days it has got a strange problem,
It is continuously finding network. If I insert the same sim in another mobile it works fine.

What to do ?, Please help

I bought htc 3400i . Problem that i face is - people call me they hear ring tone - but i do not any ring at my end neither i get missed call indication.. I went to service station at Tilak road, they charged me Rs 180 and re-loaded software but still the same problem persist . One of my relative also uses same phone nd has same problem . I use Airtel service - they claim it is problem of your hand set / Software on hand set - I ah completely disappointed- may just throw away phone as it is very frustrating . It is high time HTD / Microsoft does something.

I have same problem only vodafone is working & In Airterl, Aircel and MTNL it's Showing Networking Searching

I am not getting body cover of this mobile and your service center says its not available anywhere so plz arrange ,i will pay for it as soon as possible

SERVICE STATION ISSUE

HI, I HAVE SUBMITTED MY PHONE FOR SCREEN PANEL CHANGE AND ITS BEEN 1.5 MONTHS AND STILL NO UPDATE ON IT. ITS TOO MUCH. CANT HANDLE IT!!!

frequent loss of cdma network in HTC E8

i have purchased this phone 10 days back. since then there is frequent loss of signal for cdma reliance network. gsm network is always there but i think there is some issues for the cdma frequency in mobile.
